Check in/out was quick and efficient. Most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. My room was quiet, spacious and very clean, with a huge and comfortable bed and good selection of pillows. Nice choice of body wash and shampoo, it made my skin so incredibly soft and my hair smelled...

We stayed at the Rundlestone from December 26th-January 1, 2017. The room was exactly as expected. Nothing to fancy and without a lot of extras. It was a very comfortable bed and quite comfortable pillows. We were a family of 5 who stayed in 2 of the basic rooms. Two Queen beds in each room. The entire staff from front...

We stayed here for ten days over the Xmas / New Year period with our three children. We had a family room which was perfect - we were so very pleased with it. It was warm, comfortable and clean - they even put a decent Xmas tree in the room for us. The housekeeper kept it in good order and...

To Tara1977, Thank you for your fantastic review - it was an absolute pleasure hosting your stay. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your Christmas period with us and made use of our amenities, especially our heated car park. The recent cold spell really reminded us how great of a feature it truly is! Once again, thank...

The Rundlestone is away from the main drag of Banff. It's about a 15 minute walk into town but in the very cold (-28 degrees when we were there), we used our vehicle to get to the stores and restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff...

To seetheworld2014, Thank you for your review. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your recent stay with us! The 10-15 minute walk to the centre does allow a quieter environment just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. While a very pleasant walk when the temperatures allow, the recent cold spell had us all taking transport to...

We were very excited about our trip to the Rockies and really looking forward to staying in Banff as our stay in Jasper was just amazing. Rundelstone lodge was a huge disappointment. Stayed here last weekend. It is not too far from the Trans Canada and not to far from downtown. The room rate we got was great as I had booked a room with a jetted tub. The tub was gigantic. Fit two or more.... The room was just the right size and very clean. The shower curtain was to small...
