Great staff, cannot emphasize this enough. Hotel itself is worn out, dated interior, slightly dirty. Room was okay, but just okay. Definitely overpriced for what we got. Bathroom was tiny and unpleasant.

This will be my third time staying here while in Banff. The location can not be beat. It is steps to downtown one way and steps to the river in the other direction. We had the jacuzzi room which was great, filled up fast too. Fast check in, friendly service. I will be back!

This used to be our favourite Banff hotel so after a few years, we were looking forward to revisiting the property. Overall the room was presentable, comfortable beds with a pillow menu, small but functional layout with wifi that worked well. It was little things - air conditioner did not work well as the room just didn't cool down. It...

Hotel housekeeping staff told me to put my toddler in a diaper when he had an accident at night and I asked for the linen to be changed. View of the room was the side of the building. Also had our wedding there and they couldn't have made more mistakes if they tried.

Pool and steam room are nice too and enjoyed by our entire family! Banquet room was great for the wedding we attended and the food was excellent!! Forgot my baby monitor charger...

It's the best sightseeing in Alberta. Tour highly recommended as parking lots are packed in weekends and holidays. You need a guide and min 2 days to cover all interesting locations! Don't rely on online booking for hotels and accommodation. There are some resorts and inns that are vacant most of time.

Hotel is well located just a couple of blocks from the main tourist street..Very comfortable rooms, Staff very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast Buffet okay, but unfortunately, the coffee was the worst I have tasted in all of our travels. I was hoping it was just one pot--but we had more coffee the next morning-same as day before!

This is a very nice hotel close to shopping and other attractions. The reception area has tall ceiling and is well decorated,Reception staff is friendly and cheerful. Room is great with plenty of furniture. Bed, sheets, towels were all nice and comfortable. They had another wash basin in main room. Bathtub, shower curtain were all very nice. I wish they had...

Disappointing for the price we had to pay. We had to park across the street and carry our own luggage. Even with the bell staff observing our struggles with our luggage and try to push a baby in our stroller, we travelled across the street and all the way up to our rooms.

This will not matter to men, but the bathroom lighting kept me from giving this hotel five stars. They have several lights in the bathroom, but for putting on makeup, there is no way to get out of the shadows, even with the side mirrors. Maybe an attached mirror with magnifying side would help. Otherwise, my room was lovely, great...
