We are always treated well in all ways. This time was special as it was our twentieth stay at the hotel. Th manager sent up a lovely cheese tray and wine to celebrate. No real suggestions for improvement.

We love this place, right on the mountain for first tracks every day. Since our previous visit 2 years ago the food quality and choice seems to have dropped a bit. Nothing disastrous but no longer 'stand-out' restaurants. The rooms and views are great. Just a shame that other guests have few manners and think it is acceptable to shout...

As a long time local and someone who spends a fair bit of time skiing at Sunshine Village, I was blown away at the exceptional experience I had when I decided to spend the night. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to one of the best customers experiences I've ever had. The hotel staff were beyond helpful and...

This small cafe in the hotel is very dirty, is in need to repairs and good proper cleaning. To top it off, the food is truly terrible. I had the chicken crepe which was filed with proccesed water blown chicken, with a horrible guacamole that came from a tube and a balsamic vinigarette that was horribly processed. I would not...

Great stay. Fantastic room and great food. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Thijs for everything. Lovely to be able to stay up on the hill to make it easy to get out for first lifts. Comfortable night's sleep.

We stayed for just one night and I wish it had been longer. The staff were friendly, flexible and efficient. The lodge was comfortable and clean. Our room had great views and it was a dream being able to step out onto the slopes first thing on a powder day. We'll be back!

I have been taking an annual ski vacation with my boys for 4 years or more to Sunshine. We stay on the hill and it is awesome. Every year we find new post activities after skiing at the lodge. The las 2 years we have tried tobogganing as run by the hill one word from my youngest boy awesome. Each...

My wife and I stayed up at the lodge on the weekend. Service and Staff are excellent. The food is very good. The rooms aren't huge (we stayed in a waterfall view room) but they are clean and quite modern. My only complaint and it's minor is the Bed is average. If you throw a pillow top bed in the...

Overall the lodge experience was quite enjoyable. Food was great, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Bags were brought to the rooms in a timely fashion and even returned a shirt which was accidently left in the room after checkout.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a great place for kids to learn. The lodge itself is nice. We never went down the gondola til we were leaving. We stayed in the loft suite. There were 5 of us, so it's tight. There isn't any privacy, so be aware of that. The loft does have a king bed and a...
