Average hotel, looking a bit tired. The hotel is the on the edge of town and a 20 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Also popular with tourist buses, with lots of residents getting up at 6AM to catch the tour bu. It was noisy. If I ever visit Banff again (which I would very much like to), I... More

Receptionist from Australia (dont remember her name) was so rude. I Will never go back. * No greetings. *No farewell. * Talked to me very rudely that night. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Need to coach your staff about customer service.

We stayed in the inns of Banff for 2 nights from the 12 to the 14september on arrival I wasn't impressed. Very dirty looking from the outside. We were then given a different room from what we had booked. It's was right at the back of the hotel quite a walk from reception, as we had arrived on a coach... More

We've stayed at the Inns of Banff many times over the last several years and enjoyed its pleasant staff, clean & well kept rooms, and amenities. Unfortunately this has changed quite a bit given our recent stay. The condo we booked had no external lights on in the stairwell and outer hallway which made the early sunset and local potential... Our room was overlooking a very large hot tub with a stunning mountain view from the hot tub and the large balcony! We booked using an app last minute and it wasn't peak season so the price was fantastic, neither of us have credit cards and they had no problems with holding a cash deposit that wasn't outrageous like other... We stayed at Inns of Banff in August for 4 nights for the Gran Fondo Banff. The place was I thought as represented on the website. It was a nice hotel, clean with great sheets. Staff was very hospitable. I would definitely stay there again.

We now travel with our Siberian husky pup & only a few Banff hotels accept dogs. We were very pleased with this place: as advertised dogs are welcomed here, with a giant dog bed, food bowls, treats & even a toy to keep, we all felt at home. Having become used to lesser quality "dog rooms", this was a nice... More

After an initial joy over being upgrated to the executive suite we latter became very disappointed. We had forgotten 2 shirts's and 1 sweater in the chest of drawers in the master bedroom. A call to their frontdesk promised an answer from their house cleaning unit. 24 hours later no answer. New call with specifics of what was forgotten where... More

I don't like to give a poor review but our room in the Inns of Banff (Swiss cottages part) cost £130 roughly C$220 per night. No breakfast included. This is very expensive considering the poor accommodation. Dark dingy room, scratched and chipped furniture, a matress protector on the bed which made so much noise it was like sleeping in a...
