We booked 2 rooms directly going to their hotel, giving all the details including number of persons with an extra $20.00 for an additional person in one room. But when we came for check in, the manager lady interrupted with her staff and declined to accommodate the extra cot, even though it was in their system ( which is also...

On route through the Rockies ... We had booked an overnight stay in this hotel. After realising we would actually arrive there a day early.. I rang them to update our plans. I was told by the front desk... Of course you can come early... That we just needs to amend the booking at booking.com . I then asked... Would...

Very basic hotel , not more than a simple and poor motel. For the price they charge , you need to get much more-what you pay is what you get . Free wifi in the room, no minibar, continental breakfast. 1 km from the city center. Try another option ,we were disappointed.

Pool & hot tub do help this place. Make sure u ask for rooms 215,216, 217, 218. Which are second floor ( top floor), and overlook pool & have a mountain view from the balcony. Initial room we were offered faced directly into adjacent hotel & reeked of smoke ( inspite of being billed as non smoking)-luckily we were moved...

Very dated plus, not very clean, no air conditioning, on the edge of town, so a long walk to downtown. Continental breakfast included but just the basics, $8.00 surcharge for hot breakfast if you can get in, lots of Chinese tour groups seem to stay here. No elevator so with bags it can be difficult. My room had long black...

My room at this hotel was very large and clean with a small walk out deck which was nice. The staff were nice and the location is good, being only a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area of Banff. Continental breakfast came with my room which was mediocre at best. My biggest complaint is that paper plates and...

very un-professional staff, the property it self was satisfactory. i asked for a crib for my child, the crib i got was very dirty. the attitude of the manager and front desk was quite not welcoming, an east Indian manager and a Philippino front desk.

If your main reason to stay in Banff is to explore the parks, beautiful scenery, etc, and only want a bed - this would be a considerable choice. It is probably the cheapest stay in Banff, and does include a continental breakfast with fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and breads (hot breakfast is $7 extra) If you want a romantic getaway,...
