I thought the location was wonderful. We could walk around the town no problem. We did go out to look for wildlife in our car and only saw 2 coyotes on our way back into town. Lol. I didn't think the pool was much but the breakfast was yummy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good rooms at reasonable prices with free garage parking and breakfast. What's not to like? Very comfortable beds, elevator (1) and easy walking distance to the center of town and numerous restaurants. Hotel sits back a half block off the main road so even a front room is quiet. Breakfast is OK...not bad but not great. Only downside is tour...

Great location on the 'edge' of downtown Banff provides for somewhat superior 'quiet' than centrally situated hotel options. Short walk into town center, with hotel including underground garage parking, free breakfast and reasonably helpful staff. Slightly dated facility and seemed somewhat over-priced for quality, but probably to be expected given the heavy tourist draw to Banff.

Your pet will love it! There is a small court yard in the back of the hotel where pets can play. and the room is spacious, clean and bright. If you are looking for a pet hotel then this is it. I have never seen my pet this happy in other hotels.

Its Banff, highest tourist destination in Canada ( I think) This Best Western exceeded every possible personal comfort I imagined. Quiet location a few blocks from the downtown, great restaurants and convenience shopping within the block. Best of all in Winter , underground heated parking.

This hotel is an older property and is very much in need of a facelift. The Best Western Plus rating is not accurate, we were very surprised when we drove up to the property that it had a "plus" rating. My husband and I have stayed in Best Westerns in the U. S., Canada and Europe. We have been very...

A nice Best Western hotel located in beautiful Banff. A comfortable and clean room, a polite and friendly staff as well as a helpful front desk. The morning breakfast room, however, was too small, and people would sometimes have to wait until they could get seated. A small, but okay variety of food for breakfast.

This hotel is great. Our room had a nice deck with a table and chair. The breakfast bar was a great. The breakfast room is small but a little organization would improve the room. Overall a great place to stay. We had a car and had no issues with parking.
