Upon arrival we were greeted by a pleasant receptionist. Our room was large with a very comfortable king bed, daybed and jacuzzi. The room layout was poor considering all the floor space available to us. The king bed and daybed met when the daybed was opened and there was not room to walk between the bed and daybed. That being...

First of all, I will start with a compliment: The complimentary breakfast is perfect, lots of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, sausage, fruit, juice, coffee, bread and more. We stayed in a single queen room, and on a Saturday night in March 2017 it was around 270$ a night. The room is not very big, the sliding door to the balcony was...

We had an excellent stay at the Best Western in Banff. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. There was only one elevator but it always came quickly. The only problem we had was that the third floor was very hot.

The check in could have been an indicator of a bad stay - the clerk wasn't engaged or interested and was bored. The room was large, clean and nicely appointed so things were looking up. Elsie the manager is amazing - she needs more staff with her level of customer service. Very good breakfast - everything you would want and...

Love this hotel, have stayed there many times. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is always awesome. Underground parking is great and the pool/hot tub are always nice after a long ski day.

We stayed for two nights, for a mini-getaway. As it was mid-week, the hotel was very quiet which was nice. The biggest plus for us was the breakfast - the site advertised hot breakfast included. When we went down to the breakfast room, there was a nice selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt and the usual items, but they also have...

My girlfriend and I decided to spend a few days in Banff. The Best Western Siding hotel location is an easy walking distance to stores & restaurants on Banff Ave (about 700 meters). Along with a gas station right across the street. The staff have been nothing but friendly and willing to help. (I do have a Diamond status w/...

We had a lovely time. It was a really nice room and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. Because one of us has allergies, we called ahead to ask if they could make sure that no chemically based or perfumed products were used in cleaning and they did that, and also, left the window open, so it was...
