Great hotel just perfect to go and visit Panaca and Coffee park. Really close to everything and 5 mins away from Quimbaya town. For those guest complaining about Small bathrooms...go and pay twice the price and you will probably find one hotel in that area. Hotels in coffee area are farm style and you can't expect a Hilton at this area and for this prices.. Location perfect. Food is delicious. Entire hotel personnel is the most friendliest I ever seen. All is very nice and clean. Best views from the pool. Will go back again. Hermosa Lugar. Muy limpio, la comida delicious y el Personal Muy amable y gentil. Altamonte recomendable. Muy cercano a marques y central a todo.

In a warm region like Quimbaya it would also enhance the staying experience immensely with just a minimum of air condition in the rooms. Maintenance of the property is ongoing and that also impact the overall experience. The staff is completely servisse oriented and very nice and inviting - in Spanish only. Unfortunately they will not be able to lift the servisse perception even if they apply all their skills and knowledge which is clearly limited to Colombian travellers expectations of having things at low cost. Unfortunately this nice place is confusing inexspensive with cheap.…
