One of my favourite places to eat. The cod mornay I had last week was to die for. One of the nicest meals I have had in a long time. We too were given a lift home by John as when I rang for a taxi it was an hours waiting time. Thank you John what a lovely man. The...

We stayed here overnight whilst attending a friends Birthday Party. We arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday & was shown to our room, which was clean & comfortable. The afternoon meal we had was tasty & hot served by very friendly and pleasant staff. As we were attending a nearby party that evening we asked about arranging a taxi for...

We arrived at about 9am on Saturday to a very warm welcome from the waitress, who quickly gave us menus to choose from a good selection of food. The £4-99 breakfast was very good value for a full English, and it was good to be told that if there was something we didn't like, such as black pudding we could...

During a long journey, we spotted this pub and decided to call in. We didn't regret it. Very friendly and fast service. The lady taking all the orders was very polite and helpful. Our meal was served promptly. Generous portions of good quality food at reasonable prices. Our starters were pate & the mushrooms. Mains were faggots and the hunters...

Had to book a table for 16 people following a family bereavement. Tried a number of chains who said they couldn't accommodate so many. However The Leaking Well were very obliging and helpful. The menu is extensive and sensibly priced and what was presented was delicious. We would certainly return.

The beer was well conditioned and delicious and the food was spot on. It is the first place I have been to in a long long time that can...

Misinformed, wherever possible we source local veg and this is prepared fresh everyday just prior to 12 o'clock when we start our carvery and replenished during the course of service. Our roast potatoes are peeled, boiled and roasted in house. Our gravy is made from a Gluten Free base and our meat juices are added to enhance flavour whilst maintaining...
