Nice hotel for the price. This is the fourth time staying there. Unfortunately it's missing smart wifii televisions because if you have kids you won't be able to connect any video games nor do you have Netflix.. I had to use my iPhone or iPad and the Internet connection would be a little slow. Each time you go inn and...

Great hotel for the price! Super great customer service, comfortable bed and super absorbent towels. I love the fact that there were security guards and taxi service on site. Didn't get to try the restaurants because we were craving our traditional Mexican food so went for the tacos and seafood instead. Room was smaller but still manageable, nice ceramic title...

Let's start with the positives: The Calafia has two of the best restaurants in Mexicali: (1) Gastro Bar, ranked #4 on Trip Advisor features numerous (about 12) craft microbrew beers plus a full menu of delicious food. (2) Italiano -- ranked #7 on T.A. and serves fresh house made pasta and home made sauces. Wood-fired oven pizzas are as good...

I usually stay at Calafia (owned by Araiza). Hotel Araiza is a beautiful hotel to stay in. I stayed in one of their executive rooms, and it's very big, tall ceilings, very comfortable bed. The night I stayed there was a wedding so unfortunately parking was a little difficult to find as to some people double parked. Upon checking in...

Fist off, Employees in front desk do not know what Customer Service is, Neither does "General Manager" very bad service, specially, Claudia front desk clerk, very rude attitude I checked in late 9 pm, and she was just so rude because I missed telling her it was going to be 2 in the room., and she calls the "General Manager"...

Four of us sharing the room for one night. It was clean, although short on towels they were brought to our room quickly. Parking for large trucks (F250 long box) is okay. Didn't try out the pool, no time. Used to a Cal-King bed so these were certainly smaller.

Visited mother-in-law for mother'sday, but wanted to stay somewhere a bit nicer since we were travelling with the baby for the first time. Seemed to be primarily used by business travelers but was clean and quiet enough for the family. Would stay with them again, next time taking advantage of the pool. We did get some pastries which were very...
