This place is amazing and has to be seen to be believed. Great for group bookings and the service is second to none. The drive is worth it. It is a working museum with all the items that have been utilised to bring the location alive. The sunrises, sunsets and the stars at night are just beautiful. It is the perfect campground and you can also experience the onsite bar, and there are amenities as well. 100% perfect.

We hired a caravan for the month of January with a view to staying in places that were “different” This is exactly that! The views are spectacular with fantastic sunsets. Mark the host allows only a small amount of campers/caravans so you have plenty of space. He has built this place himself and what a fabulous job he has done! With a rustic feel, it’s clean, tidy, and has very good amenities. Go yabbi fishing the good ole way or let Mark take you around the 250 acres and see kangaroos in their natural habitat. This place is a MUST!

We decided to stay here for a different camping experience, and we weren't disappointed!
The powered camping sites are large, flat and well spaced. The kids loved the "sheep dip" swimming pool to cool off at the end of the day after a long hot day at the zoo. Mark is an exceptional host and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The showers and toilets are built in an old grain silo which the kids were blown away by, so many cool and quirky features around the bar area.
Make sure you go on the tour of the property to check out the local wildlife, just watch out for Yowies!

This place is so worth a visit. The host Mark, is friendly and is an artist as evident in the way he has used all the interesting pieces of collected memorabilia from the past. It is peaceful and serene there. Showers are amazing and situated in an old silo. Having rainwater to drink is an added bonus. Great place to ride to Guerie and back, along gravel roads too. Love this place and will return on another trip. Max and Margy

We stopped off here for one night, the campsite itself is amazing and unlike any campsite I've visited before. Everything is so quirky and unique! Mark the owner was so lovely and friendly. The views from the campsite are spectacular, especially watching the kangaroo's hop around the water hole. Overall a fantastic site, stay and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to stay here and would 100% go back!

A fantastic bush setting makes for a peaceful and relaxing stay Lovely grounds with a great view . . Mark the host is very obliging and loves to yarn with guests, telling some entertaining tales. Be sure to take the farm tour with some quirky surprises. An added bonus is a remarkable collection of relics and memorabilia making for a unique and rustic setting .highly recommend.

A very happy fussy family. Place is fantastic. We had a powered caravan site. Relaxing, spacious and best sunsets. Facilities are faultless. Outback country feel, rugged and stylish at the same time with some inspiring man cave ideas. Out of town but only 15 minutes to woollies. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.

We stayed here as a base for our stay with 2 kids when visiting Dubbo zoo. It was well worth the drive out of town. The cottage s beautifully set up and it was a very authentic country stay. Albeit very hot and dry.

We camped here with our two young children for a few nights in October. Mark was an incredible host, even helping us to make alternative accommodation arrangements on his property when our camper trailer leaked and was full of water. Everything Mark has done with the property is amazing, there is so much attention to every little detail, the camp kitchen, the bathroom, the fireplace, the pool - we can’t wait to camp here again.

We recently had 3 nights with friends at Billy'o Bush Retreat just outside of Dubbo. The cabin stay is extremely comfortable with everything you need, including BBQ, room for 4 and sunny balconies. Plenty of great walks, dam for catching yabbies, skies as clear as crystal. Mark is a great host, nothing to much trouble.
