I suggest this hotel if u want a place in downtown. Room a little small and charming. You can up grade your regular breakfast to bufett for a small cost. Everything was OK! They received my family with lemonade, it was a good gesture. The only problem is if u travel in your car is parking location.

A friend of ours told us to stay in this hotel due to its location, beautiful ambience and great personnel. I have to say that many things were not that way. The parking is a block away and if you are carrying big bags, this will be a bit uncomfortable. When we arrived to the lobby they received us with... More

The floors and the facade are nice but that's about it. Lack of attention to detail and not that comfortable. It's not easy to find or get to being on a pedestrian street. The secure parking is a block away and you need to carry your bags. The bedding is thin and threadbare. Poor quality pillows. The aircon won't turn... More

My family and I loved our stay at Hostal De La Monja. We stayed 4 nights in the "junior suite" and found the room to be very clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The room had a balcony that faced the cathedral and plaza which I loved because at night I was able to step onto the balcony and... More

This hotel is fabulous ! The staff is great, there is free parking and the entrance is on a car free pedestrian street close to the city's main square. The hotel used to be a monastery and has been updated! The rooms are huge and the restaurant has fabulous food!

The location is excellent, in the center of town on the pedestrian walk way. I arrived at 6:30 am and they aloud early check in. Since I had an early flight on check out day they recommended that I eat breakfast on arrival day because I would not make breakfast on day of check out. I was will taken care... More

I really like the rooms here and would chose to stay here again since it is in the center of everything. The "American" breakfast can be very much mexican. Eggs (ranchro, mexican, any way you want), bread, fruit, coffee, restaurant was basic. The lobby is comfortable and is part of the coffee shop they run. I thought my room was... More

we stayed at the Hostal for four nights while attending a friend's wedding. our room (103) was a bit tight (with the king-sized bed), but otherwise very nice. the breakfast was okay, not great (we went one morning to the Rincon Azteca, which was great). the location is perfect, across from the cathedral, on a pedestrian mall. the staff in...
