Any number of places are available in Mulege, but Cliff's place, "Clementines" is the place to be. From the open air kitchen to the large comfortable bedrooms each with its own bath. The linens were of good quality and the beds were very comfortable. Our kitchen was well equipped, and very large. We had a dinner party for 8 and...

I've been coming to Mexico since my college days in the '80s, but no place on Baja or the mainland has remained so unchanged as Mulege. Mulege 30 years ago looks and feels pretty much the same as one finds it today -- with the exception of Clementines B&B. When this fabulous place popped up 7 or 8 years ago,...

We have stayed at Clementine's for several years and just returned last week from another trip. The property just seems to improve with each stay. There are several casitas from which to choose, and you really can't go wrong with any of them. Our favorite is Casa Rio since it looks directly at the river and has a great courtyard...

My family and I stayed at Clementine's for a couple of days and absolutely loved it. From the very start Cliff and company gave us the feeling that we were right at home, a bit of southern flavor. We stayed in the bed and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful large open air kitchen, clean spacious rooms, and easy river...

My wife and I spent two weeks here over Christmas. Cliff met us the first evening and said he would show us around the next morning. He did pointing out the highlights of Mulege with where to eat, shop and sight see. The casita was clean, the bed comfortable and we never wanted for anything. Linens, towels, washer etc. were...

Despite the devistation Mulege and surrounding river communities suffered with Hurricane Jimena, the Oasis community is alive, clean, and thriving. We stayed at one of the casitas and were impressed with how comfortable the house was. Great beds, clean and comfortable casitas with all of the important items like margarita blenders, etc. We were greeted by Cliff, the owner of...

Firast, it is not called Clementine's there. It is called Cliff's place. And that sort of bugged me. Why not just call it what it is? Second, this is in a mobile home park. Stayed for a few days in the Casita. The place was just fine, but seemed to be furnished with San Diego garage-sale fixtures. The 'on demand'...

Spent a week at Clementines B&B in Mulege, Thanksgiving Week, 2008, attending Dive School at Cortez Divers. Room for two (Casa Margarita) was small but clean, virtually nil closet space, refrigerator on the fritz - had to be replaced. Separate driveway for parking, coffeemaker and quiet surroundings all a plus. Owner "Cliff" was invisible our entire stay - saw maybe...

It's no suprise Cliff is mentioned in these reviews. As the proprietor, his easy-going friendliness sets the tone. He was very helpful and accommodating. He even took us in his vehicle on a tour of a town 45 minutes away. We stayed in two of his lodgings during our 11-night stay: Casa de Gavin and Casa de Sarah. Both are...

We were charmed from the minute we saw this B&B with its flower-bedecked stone wall and quaint old gate. Its location is ideal - near the river road which leads quickly to the ocean in one direction and the friendly little town in the other direction. Our host, Cliff, took the time to give us a tour of the town...
