I've been to Hotel Serinadad for Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner, it was great. They serve buffet style. But, I've never been to the pool. All you have to do is buy something. And you can use the pool. So a bunch of us bought drinks and used the pool. It's very nice. The place is kept up, the service...

Hotel check in was easy, English speaking staff, Beautiful Lobby and sitting area, a variety of eating areas, Bar in and outside, Nice Pool. Several Room locations to choose from, the casitas have 2 bed & 2 bathrooms with small sitting area and outdoor patio. The rooms are old and rustic but clean and the grounds are well cared for....

I have traveled extensively in Mexico and to be honest I expected a little more from this hotel. Overall the price it is on the higher end of for Baja. The rooms were simply average at best. In the states it would be a two star but Mexico has different standards. The food was good but the Margaritas were awful....

This property sits on the Mulege River and has had its share of storm related problems. But there is nothing like a smooth landing in a light plane and taxi and parking in front of a hotel. Friendly bartender Roman waiting to serve a delicious Margarita. Friendly taxi drivers waiting to take you to town or exploring the coast. Basic...

We stayed in their RV park and had dinner, lunch, drinks and swam at the pool several times. Each time, the service was great, the food was delicious and the drinks were wonderful. This place is a little oasis.

My credit card was declined at check-in, not the hotels fault. It was a Sunday and banks are closed. So I asked if I could give them a "Full"cash payment, Dollars, call my bank first thing in the morning to tell them I was in Mexico and to authorize the charge. Then pay with my credit card and have them...

I stay at the Hotel Serenidad 2-3 times per year while doing healthcare mission work in the area. The hotel is modest, but clean and comfortable, with AC that works and showers that while not strong, get the job done. They have a fun outside bar with amazing margaritas and there are always interesting people staying or passing through to...

I might not be the best writer in the world, but I really wanted to drop a few lines for this place. I went with my family and all I can say is that the actual property may need a few updates here and there, but you can barely tell when you are there. the staff is GREAT I already...

We stopped here during a road trip. It's cheap, safe and off route 1 so if you need a quick stop over during a road trip it's fine. The staff are all really friendly but the rooms are kind of dodgy. I would only go back here if I had no other options. The food was okay, the margaritas were...

Having read many travelers' reviews for this hotel I wish to comment on my experiences here. Owner Don Johnson is 90 now and a Baja legend. When he is on the property he mingles a lot with the guests and has many stories to recount which guests enjoy. He just installed 50 new air conditioning units in the rooms so...
