My wife and I wanted a more peaceful getaway, while still having access to the beach, and were very pleased with our choice here. A nice alternative to a typical all-inclusive, Roberto and Miguel pampered us from the start and for the duration, their level of customer service is unparalled, and the accomodations were very clean and thoughtful, many extra...

The staff and I certainly appreciate your comments about our level of customer service. Our motto at Casa Candiles Inn is (Hospitality and VIP service at your fingertips). We are small, but we work hard to please our clients! Glad that you enjoyed your stay with us.

We spent a week in the beginning of April at Casa Candiles. Roberto takes wonderful care of his guests. He made us relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the inn. The pool was fabulous and everything at the inn is beautifully and meticulously maintained. All 3 suites are great, we had suite #1 (king bed w/ balcony) and found it...

Just returned from an 8 day stay at Casa Candiles that was so perfect in every way. Roberto & Miguel made us feel so welcome and so special, that we are already planning a return trip. Roberto is a wonderful chef and the meals were beautifully presented - on our first nite he prepared a VIP dinner that was the...

As usual Senor Roberto is hard at work being the best host in Ixtapa. He has enlarged his gardens, added a beautiful fish pond to his already beautiful landscaping as well as a dining pagoda. Our favorite host and exquisite home away from home.

Casa Candiles Bed and Breakfast (more like an Inn) is wonderful place to stay when visiting Ixtapa. Roberto and his associate Miguel were gracious hosts attending to every want and need. The facility is immaculately decorated in traditional high end Mexican colors and furnishings. Roberto and Miguel keep the entire facility , inside and out, immaculate. The layout of the...

Casa Candiles is by far the best B&B place I have stayed at in Mexico. It’s owner Roberto and employee Miguel were the most gracious hosts. Breakfast started out as a 5 course meal until I talked them into paring it down to 3 courses and half portions at that too. Everyday’s start was a culinary delight and I look...

We should not have been surprised that our breakfasts did not only taste delicious, but were served with great attention to presentation. The same attention to detail showed in the architectuel design features throughout the Inn. The rooms were meticulously groomed every day with flowers and swan or elephant folded towels inviting us in. (how do they do that?) We...

We appreciate that you have taken notice of our attention to detail. In our staff training, it is stressed that points of detail are like dots of color on a tv screen. When put together correctly, they make the big picture of Casa Candiles Inn.

Roberto and Miguel have done a wonderful job of creating a little piece of paradise in the middle of all-inclusive filled Ixtapa. We've travelled extensively, and stayed at all sorts of resorts, hotels and BnB's; this one is perhaps the finest we've come across. The Casa itself is beautifully decorated, and the jungle-garden-pool area is amazingly well done - such...

I just returned from my 4th trip to this wonderful inn. I lost track of all the changes that Roberto made to the inn since my last visit. My favorite was the new water feature at the pool.
