DANGER!!!!! Not to be recommended, the night watchman tried to get into our room of pure women and the hotel defended him. On our first night, at approximately 5:30am, a man of about 30 years old opened the window of one of the rooms (the window faces a terrace next to a hallway, it is very large and is barely a meter above the floor level) when the sound of the curtain awakened me, I managed to see the man stealthily opening the curtain, stopping me instantly and when I confronted him accusing him of calling the police, When I turned around to try to turn on the light, the man ran away without explanation. We dialed the number provided by the hotel but no one answered, it went straight to voicemail. The next morning my friends (4 young women) and I went down to the front desk to report what had happened, the morning receptionist Natalia was kind and promised us a solution for later, We went to enjoy our vacation and when we returned there was a different receptionist who told us that she had not been told anything and that she only knew that we had yelled at the night watchman (at that moment we realized that the people in the hotel knew who had tried to get into our room) she began to defend him and questioned our version and without giving us a solution she put us in contact with her boss, the reception manager who repeated that the man had been working there for years, she went to investigate if the guest next door had already arrived (people do not enter alone they have to give you the key and they also have a blackboard with the name of the guests and the room) then they told us that he stumbled and that because of the noise we went out to yell at him and that we did not let him explain (how to explain if he ran away, besides no loud noise woke us up), They also accused us of arriving drunk at 3 am (which is not a bad thing but we were sober and asleep before 1 am because we had a heavy trip) after discussing the owner came down to talk to us an 80 year old American who had zero desire to listen to our version the only thing he told us was that he is my employee of years I will not fire him (which we did not ask him, although it would not be wrong) what I can do is give you your money back. After discussing that we were in Easter week there were no other accommodations, leaving was not an option, the man ran us then told us we could stay, he also offered us to cancel through the Booking platform which if we had done they would not give us our money back and also they took away the possibility of leaving our review. At the end of that discussion they let us know that the man did not work on weekends (if they had told us from the beginning we would not have thought we would have to spend another night with that pervert) at the end the next day the manager apologized and told us that the man had only been working for a year (another contradiction) and that he will probably be fired (which from what the owner told us is unlikely) the manager was along with the first receptionist the only nice people in the place, But from the actions of the other staff including the owner we do not recommend staying in that hotel the pervert will still be there and next time maybe they will not listen to him and he will manage to get into the room where not only women but also children can be.
