Traveling in September is a bit less crowded, but in return there is a quiet space and more attentive service. Diem Hang takes care from the lobby to the room, which makes me love her very much. During my stay, the swimming pool bar and house service goods are good.

Very impressed with the staff on the roofbar on the 40th floor. Hung is polite and cares about customers. Having been impressed with Muong Thanh Nha Trang, now I see that Muong Thanh Da Nang is also a place worth choosing as a residence. If next time I come to Da Nang, I will definitely continue to choose Muong Thanh because of its good geographical location, reasonable price and professional staff. The front staff, including the manager, were terrible. I didn't expect a 5 star hotel to have such poor customer service.
This is a hotel with no hospitality at all. All staff are administrative. We had checked the upgrade price for the room in advance, but when we checked in, we were shown an updated price. Even though we told them that the price was different from what we were initially informed about, they insisted on their own claims and admitted their fault. This is the first time I've ever had such an unpleasant experience because even though I called the manager and talked to him, he didn't change his mind and didn't apologize.
My friend was very angry;
After a while after entering the room, my friend contacted me and offered to cut the upgrade fee in half or get it free, but my friend refused to move because he had already unpacked his luggage.
It's not a money issue, it's a emotional issue.
If it was possible, I wonder why they didn't respond to the customer's request from the beginning without making them feel so uncomfortable. Even when checking in, I kept getting into trouble by giving the wrong name, asking for my credit card multiple times, and other problems.
I had a bad relationship with my friend and the trip I was looking forward to was ruined.

I stayed at the Muong Thanh Hotel, which has a great location in Da Nang at an affordable price. There were no security issues and it was clean, perhaps because it was a 5-star hotel. The amenities weren't bad either. They kept filling the room, and it seemed like housekeeping was done several times a day as scheduled. This is my first time in Da Nang, but if I come to Da Nang in the future, I will stay at Muong Thanh Hotel again.
I think I'll consider it. The minimum character limit for the review is a bit long, so I want to stop writing, but anyway, I had a really good time at Muong Thanh Hotel and I feel good about it. It was a good experience~~

Grab car from the airport to this beach front hotel is VND96000 only. The location is very good, walk to the beach and near convenient stores. Our room with Ocean view is marvelous. Breakfast is well-spread with varieties of food, drinks, pastries and fruits. Welcome drink is made of Butterfly Pea flower. Nhi, the chief receptionist was very kind to give us 2 bottles of the dried flowers to make our own tea. Swimming pool is 1.7m deep and with beautiful view. This hotel keeps the surrounding temperature at 26 degree celsius to conserve energy. Therefore, iron and iron board are not free of charge.

Traveling during Tet, there were quite a lot of guests, the staff were enthusiastic and cute, Huong Giang was very wonderful, breakfast also had quite a lot of choices and was also suitable for taste. The 40th floor has a pretty chill view of the city, drinks are also reasonably priced. Will come back next time I come to Da Nang

This is the first time my father and I have traveled to Vietnam. We chose Da Nang for this trip. It did not disappoint me. Da Nang is really beautiful, the food is delicious and the people are very nice. In particular, I booked a room at Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel. We were very impressed with the quality of the accompanying services. Especially the hotel staff. A tall male receptionist named Tan was always happy and enthusiastic in helping us check in and receive our rooms. My entire experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. Thank you Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel for helping to bring us the best experiences when traveling in Vietnam. I will return to Vietnam in the future.

My friends and I came here to travel for a few days. We were very satisfied with the experience here. The bed is soft without back pain, the room is clean and smells of lemongrass. Breakfast is delicious and diverse, sticky and fragrant sticky rice. Quy Phuong's staff is enthusiastic and thoughtful, giving specific and polite advice. We will come back next time.
