The architecture is amazing, more than 400 years old and very well preserved. The restaurant has delicious food and reasonable price, not too high and not too low price for what it offers. I recommend the Meztizo Breakfast which is an Omelette filled with chilaquiles, exquisite.

This review is for a stay from October 11-13, 2016. This property is located only blocks away from the beautiful and bustling zocalo of Puebla. It is located just far enough that much of that hustle and bustle dissipates upon arrival to your room. While there is street noise, it is Mexico. We stayed in room #6 (Catarina de San...

This is absolutely an outstanding hotel and restaurant. You can not ask for better service. Arnulfo at the restaurant is the most professional and attentive person you can imagine. After dining at the Purificadora and CasaReyna - where the waiters were rude and did not show up for most of our dinner - Arnulfo and his servers were absolutely amazing....

We were traveling through Puebla and we wanted to stay near the old, historic square. This was one of the favorites. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. We were worried about parking our big truck and they have free parking included. It is an underground parking lot directly under the hotel. It is VERY SECURE! It is near...

Really a beautifully restored place, with unique gorgeous rooms. Breakfast came with the room, and was unbelievably varied and good. Room was very clean. Room came with robes and slippers! Great, central location. The only thing wanting was maybe more advice from the front desk about where to go and what to see.

We had the best experience at trying the specialties of the food from Puebla! We tried a course menu that was very cheap and we even took two bottles of the best wine. The restaurant is located in the hotel in the center yard of a big building. The day that we had dinner a musician was playing nice music...

The hotel has a good location, albeit if you are first time in Puebla, you may struggle with orientation. Rooms are very spacious with high ceiling. They have a free parking. They have a restaurant with a buffet breakfast and other meals as well. The food is ... edible. They have a screeching wooden floor. Which is quite annoying, if...

The place is a fantastically renovated 2 or 3 century old house, the staff is very nice and always looking to please you. The rooms have a lot of charm and all of them have a particular decoration style. My only observation is that the buffet starts at 8am which is very late, if you are on business travel a...

This is easily one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I have stayed in my lifetime of traveling. This ancient house in the heart of the beautiful old city of Puebla can make you feel amazingly happy from the moment you enter its cavernous doorway. From the beautiful courtyard (ideal for hanging out during the glutinous breakfasts served to lazy...

“Los Angeles suite was lovely, with small dining area and two bathrooms. Strangely, it overlooked a private interior courtyard that the suite had no access to. The hot tub looked uninviting, but the private outdoor area would be a nice option if they removed it”
