Not sure what the user below experienced but ours was the opposite. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us numerous terrific recommendations. NH is exceptional value - clean and comfortable.

The NH chain stands for Not Happy. I thought I would stay here for business to give the NH another chance. The rooms have a certain coldness to them that makes them hard to get a good nights sleep. The shower in this place was only for four foot high people. The breakfast was OK and unlike the property in...

Modern international hotel within a very short walk to the Historic center and Cathedral square. Don't let the other reviewers comments of the building exterior throw you off, they are right of course & the architect should be sanctioned for putting a questionably "modern" looking design so close to the beautiful historic center. The hotel's location is within easy walking...

Will agree with other reviewers, that the hotel is housed in what may be the ugliest building in Puebla, but that doesn't negate the fact that it is a well run chain hotel. Good service. Helpful employees, though did not encounter any who spoke English, if that matters to you. Entire property, including room, were spotless. Typical "hard" Mexican beds,...

I travel to Puebla several times a year and have pretty much settled on the NH as about the best place to stay here. As others have pointed out, it's not exactly cheap, but there really are few alternatives that offer this level of quality. I've stayed at some of the local hotels, and while they are for the most...

I rarelly travel in business hotel, but I did in Puebla. With NH you know what your getting before entering the place. Very good in general, this is not specific only to this hotel but I hate the fact that everything is an extra (internet, water etc..) in business class hotels.

My partner and I stayed here while visiting Puebla for a few days. The location is wonderful-only two blocks to the zocolo! The restaurant offers a nice breakfast buffet (although a bit pricey), but you can also order from their menu which we did one morning to save a few pesos. The food is fresh and tasty. The rooms are...

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this hotel. Our king bed was comfy and we had a fairly spacious room. The hotel's location is excellent - 10 mins from the zocalo - with lots of cheap eateries nearby. There is free wifi in the hotel (YEAY!). One major plus is the free use of the hotel's business center...

We stayed 2 nights and we had an enjoyable stay! Our room was spacious and clean. The odd thing in our room is that there is a big column close to the window. I love the location of this hotel as it is close to the zocalo and many excellent eateries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got...

This hotel has a lot going for it. It had big rooms that were very clean, very efficient staff, and a location 10 minutes from the Zocalo. The only drawbacks were extremely hard beds and the fact that the hotel lacks some of the personality of more Colonial style properties. It was quiet for most of our stay, but on...
