The hotel is an excellent location and is a good value for being so close to everything. But if your room faces the square be prepared for some noise. The traffic, the cafe being set up and taken down, the music from the restaurant, etc. It wasn't too bad other than the early morning race that came down the street...

This hotel is in front of the main square. If you get a street side room you will not be disappointed. You can see the main square buzz and the cathedral across from the hotel from your room. This hotel has a roof top bar that again, has a magnificent view. Whether you go up there during the day but...

Noisy room, no hot water, never ever to connect with wifi. Restaurant basic for breakfast, waiters very disorganized. However excellent location, housekeeping offers good laundry service, evening restaurant service was much better, although service continued to need a training course.

This hotel enjoys a primo spot on the main plaza. Rooms are dated and historic, but not in a good way. Our shower was "challenging", with the towel rod three feet away, the shower head three feet above mine and spraying in all directions. Our inside room was very noisy with no windows to open. Voices and footsteps echoed in...

I stayed here for just one night, so location was more important than hotel ambience so I could walk the area surrounding the zocalo. The location doesn't disappoint. My room was typical of a 3 star accommodation... desk, bed, closet for clothing, in-suite bathroom. The particular room I had was very musty smelling, and perhaps that was because the jalousie...

It's our third time staying here the view from our balcony is just wonderful you get full view of the cathedral which is beautiful. The only downside is that the noise could get overwelming at night, and there's very few electric sockets. But the view is worth it. If you visit Puebla for the first time I definetly recommend this...

We booked two rooms overlooking the Zocalo a the Saturday & Sunday before Christmas, and loved it! The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and had balconies looking over the Zocalo and the Christmas market. Our rooms were on US 2nd (105) & 3rd (203) floor, the elevator worked fine (one person on a cane), Rather noisy, but we slept well...

I should preface this by saying that we requested an interior room to the rear to put some distance between us and the noise of the Zocalo, which is directly across the street. So, perhaps the higher priced rooms with a Zocalo view are nicer, but... Our room was basic at best. I would guess the last refurbishing of the...

I got a room with a small blacont directly overlooking the square and including breakfast for around 40 € over Xmas. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and although the room is not four stars, e.g. there is no hairdryer, this is an excellent option to start any exploration of beautiful Puebla. The breakfast buffet was also good and offered...

The room was spacious, had a nice view of the plaza and cathedral, there was free bottled water and hot water for showering, but that's the only good thing about this hotel. Cleaning was basic at best and there was crusted-on dirt around the bathroom tub/shower. Very poor wifi connection in rooms, constantly cutting out, I had to sit in...
