I booked this hotel for two nights with the intention of finding a less expensive hotel once I arrived. But then, I walked into the room, saw the comfy queen size bed, noticed that there were plenty of towels (even a bathrobe), water to drink, hot shower, a safe in the room, chocolates on the bed and I said to...

La Casona de San Antonio is an excellent colonial place where to stay . Staff is always eager to assist and help making the guest feeling like being at home. The menue has a great variety of delicious original Puebla dishes. The historical historical downtown. area is blocks away as well as thePuebla Catedral and Museums. Anyone traveling to Puebla...

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a longer holiday in Mexico and chose this hotel from the reviews on Tripadvisor, the price and the location - we particularly wanted to stay in a colonial-style hotel. We found the staff warm and friendly and the hotel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfasts were served in the courtyard and there was a...

This is a very spacious, comfortable boutique hotel that is kept very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is an unloading space for your car in front of the hotel and parking in the back or you can have the valet take care of it. We had a luxury room that was very spacious with a nice balcony...

The hotel is well centered , the loft was a comfortable room, but we didn't like the fact that by accident my little nephew 6 year old broke a glass in the bathroom when she was trying to wash her teeth. Unbelievable but they charged us for the glass! It was an accident nothing expensive but you don't do that!

This place was awesome! Food was great. The place is very clean and well maintained! My family and I were there for the weekend of the 31st, the front desk man that works nights is awesome, I would say all their personnel is great. Definitely recommend.

Excellent value for the price paid. Large comfortable room with nice courtyards to enjoy and an excellent breakfast served every morning. Very convenient location next to Museo Amparo and multiple excellent nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some English was spoken, but Spanish skills would be helpful. I would stay here again.

Want to be careful about what I say. So much of what was frustrating here was simply what you often experience in Mexico. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. We reserved the best room available, it was located at the front of the hotel and it was impossible to sleep. We moved after two nights and the next room...

This is an old house turned hotel, in downtown Puebla. We stayed two nights and found it cozy, and quite comfortable. It's location is pretty good since it is only a couple of blocks from the "Zocalo" (main square) of Puebla. It has a parking lot located on the parallel street just behind the main entrance with internal communicatinon to...

We stayed 2 nights here and couldn't have been more pleased. It's perfectly located near the major sights in the historic center. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed someone to help us out on a question regarding the room (i.e. setup the safe combo, turn on the AC). There's a complimentary breakfast included and it's really...
