This place looks recently redecorated, with a style that resembles the Camino Real in Mexico City (pink, white and blue walls everywhere). The rooms are spacious, modern and that tub invites you to stay in your room all evening. Small and nice pool on the 3rd floor with the plus of having a spa right next to it. The restaurant...

This is a unique and very special Hotel, all is said with location close to the City Centre, nice concept with old building structure and modern art interior. The Hotel staff is well selected and trained service is Nr. 1. The Restaurante is quite nice and the food top shelf. Wifi is working well and fast. One little minus I...

The building was beautiful, rooms were huge and completely spotless, and the location was perfect.. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre. Reasons I didn't score it full marks? Tough for vegetarians, with only 1 option on the main meal menu (a salad is not a meal), and nothing for vegans. Also couldn't use the jacuzzi as it was...

Family of 12 had an awesome 7 day experience. First the check in was smooth and front desk was friendly. The 2 queen bed room and bathroom was spacious. The furniture was well kept and nice bathroom amenities. The pictures seen were as promised. Our stay included the continental breakfast which was more than I expected, the fresh fruit, granola,...

Hotel has a great location with oversized rooms. The old building does not have an elevator but the new building does. Nice linens and towels. Friendly helpful staff. Reasonably priced restaurant and a sufficient included breakfast.

Very nice hotel just off centro. You do have to cross a busy street to get here from centro. Great walking track and pool on the roof Thye restaurant has an included breakfast with tasty toast and fresh juice. Pay for an egg breakfast, $4, and you have a nice meal for two. We also had a very nice dinner...

Our adult children and we traveled to Puebla during the holidays, reserving three rooms at the Casareyna Hotel for three nights. Each was well appointed, with simple but elegantly constructed furniture, huge bathrooms with wonderful showers, thick towels, lovely bedding, very nice toiletries. Our room, lodging our son and ourselves, was the largest of the three, with an entry foyer...

We drove to Puebla with a large rooftop carrier atop of my SUV. Upon arrival the concierge advised me that I would not be able to enter the parking garage with the top attached. He assisted me in removing it and then stored in inside the hotel throughout the duration of our stay. Then he rode with me to the...

Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff. Room was fabulous. Good location. Will definitely go back. This was a family vacation. Resturant service was good. Walking distance to main square (Zocalo). Not far from most Historic sites, a short drive.

Casareyna is very well located in downtown Puebla and in a beautiful building but the hotel is cold and the rooms are nice but lack magic. The rooms with outside views are noisy and the the staff tries but is not excellent. The food is very good traditional Poblana cuisine.
