This hotel offers a Beautiful and romantic setting. Every corner and space is tastefully decorated. Although it appears as an old world mission it is modern and exquisite. This service is commendable as well as all of the meals at the restaurant in the hotel. It is only a couple of blocks away from the main Cathedral and the Mecado...

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at ... as you enter the lobby/courtyard you'll be transported to a Moorish garden complete with fountains, birds, and foliage. It's magical. And a lovely place for dining or having a cocktail. The rooms themselves are modern yet have taken into consideration the colonial architecture so that everything blends...

Beautiful hotel. Conveniently located to the Centro. It is off the main road, so late night noise is not a problem. The hotel has a colonial decor with updated amenities. Breakfast is included, which was delicious. The staff are courteous and professional. We will definitely stay hear again.

Elegant historic hotel. Perfectly renovated with lovely rooms and excellent showers. Courtyard is beautiful with a flock of finches that live in the grand bougainvilleas there. Twinkle lights are wrapped around the trunks of trees adding to the night ambience. Breakfasts and dinners are very good.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is in the Centro area, so be prepared for the noise especially on weekends if they have any events next to the church. Get rooms which don't give to the streets, they tend to be noisier. The American breakfast which came with our booking was nice, and the restaurant is in the...

Hotel de la Soledad was probably the most uniquely beautiful place that I have ever stayed. I loved everything about it from the beautifully landscaped courtyard to the incredible details of the room itself. The beds were comfortable and everything was impeccably clean but that's only where the story began. The rock wall, the canaries singing outside of our room...

Beautiful rooms, lovely decor, BEAUTIFUL courtyard, *just* far enough from the action that it is nice and quiet at night (although it's only about a block from the main zocalo). Lovely staff and nice restaurant. Everything was spotless. Best of all, the price was right.

The hotel is a former colonial mansion located one block from the cathedral and main square. Room was small with very small bath but still very nice bed was great. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were in the beautiful courtyard and good. I recommend a front room.

The courtyard and grounds of the hotel are just as lovely as everyone describes. There are religious paintings that go with the historic period of the hotel.
