Hotel Meson is located just a few blocks from the main historic district in Morelia. The master suite we reserved was a spacious two-story affair. King size bed on the top floor with jacuzzi bath/shower. There was a double bed and half bath on the bottom floor with a nice sitting area and couch. Desayuno was included and was generous:...

This is a colonial-style hotel in the heart of Morelia. Quick walk to the main drag, lots of restaurants, and the huge cathedral. The hotel is well cared for and attractive. The beds are comfy. The bathrooms are modern. The prices are reasonable. However, like 98 percent of the colonial hotels I have stayed in, it can be noisy. This...

Hotel has a very good location, 4 blocks from the Cathedral square, just a 5 minute walk. Victor was great in helping on the phone with the reservations. I had room #5 whose window opens into the patio courtyard is and towards reception, so as reviewers before have said, it can get noisy. Also just the tiles hallways with rooms...

We enjoyed staying there during winter time. Downtown center is 3 blocks away, so once you arrive most likely you'll be waking rather than driving. Despite the fact that most rooms head to an open corridor, the rooms are quiet, and people are friendly. They serve breakfast every morning which is very convenient . Cozy place.

I have been blown away how nice this place is and how really wonderful everyone is here. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The room is very nice and comfortable. Great location just a couple blocks away from the cathedral and everything else. VERY good value for what you are getting here- I highly highly recommend this place.

We have just returned from a two night stay u at this hotel and recommend it unreservedly if you want a good value, well located hotel near to the centre of town ( 5-10mins stroll). The hotel was quiet and provided clean rooms with a good shower. A continental breakfast is included in the price - not huge but more...

We stayed here 3 nights and reserved on Expedia which meant that our $40 per night including a continental breakfast. The room was fine, clean, great hot shower, tv, good wifi, quiet room. We didn't understand until the last day that we could have paid more and had a hot breakfast but still we were served fruit with yogurt and...

Stayed one night on our way through Morelia. Chose because of the price and proximity to the plaza. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk. Hotel has been beautifully re-done - not over-the-top fancy but very nice. Our room was basic and very clean. It was cool at night but we had lots of blankets. Good hot water....

We stayed in an upstairs room in the back. It was mostly quiet, but maybe only because no other rooms were occupied at the time except for one in the front area. We did hear the lady preparing breakfast down below us each morning. Wi-fi didn't work well at first, but the router was just outside the door and needed...
