Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed with my friends for one night in this hotel on the way to Bologna. Its a decently maintained property with very comfortable rooms. Hospitality was perfect. The rear side room were facing a huge terrace overlooking lilly pond. i wish i could have stayed more here. the breakfast served was limited but was good. i speak english , so language was a little problem when had our breakfast.

40 euro for one night is too much for a night for one person, without breakfast, and with fast check out. You must pay everything in it. Its definetly not good for young people with no economic efficency. I lost valuable objects in it, almost 300 euro of object, that i lost in it and the hotel workers after i left the hotel they said that they haven't found my objects, but its not true because my object was there.

The hotel boasts a wonderful garden/park with a little lake.
Cozy room, great breakfast, extremely friendly service.
Unfortunately when we stayed there, the restaurant was closed for renovations, but we had dined there on previous visits and I can assure you that you won't be disappointed.
We certainly shall return again.

At €78 a night and not located in a tourist area this is overprice. The breakfast is meagre with no hot food. The single cappuccino and croissant don't really hit the spot.
What's worse is the non-functioning air conditioning. I opened my patio door as the heat was unbearable and the mosquitoes ate me for breakfast. I'm covered in bites. Luckily I have a car and so was able to drive to the local shopping centre and buy an electric fan!
I stay in more than 100 hotels each year and this is one of the worst!
