Taco Taco Ganzo was amazing!! Perhaps the best taco we’ve had in Mexico so far. We’ve been traveling down the Baja coast and have been most impressed with the food here so far. Love that they do a catch of the day taco and the yellowtail we had was fantastic. And Manuel the chef was so friendly and generous, definitely going to make this our regular spot.

Hotel's Favourite
After tree time visiting and having a consistent or even better experience each time , a review is due. The summary is this: if you want to relax (no kids around!) if you like art, if you like to be on the ocean/beach and/or in an amazing pool, if you like yummy food and snacks AND great cocktails and if you want you can socialize with super interesting guests that usually come : then this is the place to be. Btw the beach is a private swimmable beach with full bar/lunch service, there are many hotels in Cabo (some nearby this property) that don’t have this, that’s why this detail is to highlight. In addition to all of the above, there is an army of people that will make sure you are serviced well in a natural non-cheese way. And that’s why I remember folks like: Armas, Citlali, Sarai and also a sassy French receptionist, forgot her name. Everyone there welcomed us as if we were in home. Fantastic people. Particularly Armas provides such an outstanding customer service environment, this is the guy who makes the real difference to glue everything that the property offers. The one thing that stands out of this gem all the artistic details you will subtle experience at every corner. Paintings/murals , sculptures, music (yeah! They have an amazing recording studio and usually there is a resident band present ) , even dance! Every Wednesday there is this flamenco show along with some incredible Paella! Almost all forms of art are represented here which whoever visualized this was a genius. What’s not to love about this place ? I am back home writing this and I wish I was there 😄…

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was gorgeous (room 401) and had an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. The beach club with its super comfortable cabana beds was so nice to hang out at all day long. All the food was incredible, especially the lobster pasta (which we had twice). We also loved the roof top pool and bar. Again a superb view of the ocean! The service was superb; Israel, Alan and Sergio were the best! We will definitely be back!

I booked at the last minute over a holiday period. The best part was the adults only policy. They have a great private beach and the food items in the restaurant were varied and excellent. The staff was accommodating and helpful

Our amigo Carlos Armas suggested the hotel because we are friends and wow it was soooo pretty, clean. The perfect location and so many nice places close by. The boat to the beach was my fave! Mauricio the chef who was in charge of our dinner first night and Ernesto Alfonsin the person who was in charge of our reservation and all the details was spectacular!! 5 stars !!

Very cool, hip hotel with lovely views over the marine. Good lap pool for swimming. Lovely beach club with one of the few swimming beaches in the area. Best margarita ever. When we booked we didn't realize how far this was from the old town but we were still glad to have a couple of days there.

The El Ganzo hotel is an above average hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is beautiful overlooking the San Jose del Cabo marina. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious, truly exceptional.

Best pool in the area. Incredible views. Loved the beach. A boat takes you across the marina to a protected swimmable beach. Great art work throughout the hotel. The cleaning staff is so friendly. Pool bar staff is incredible. Alan and Samm make it so fun.
