Cinthya & Hernan are wonderful people and this is what makes... More

I went on a fishing trip recently with family. We stayed at Señor Mañanas, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, spacious, super affordable, and only 5 minutes from Playita where the marina is located.

This hotel is unlike anything you've seen before. It has a treehouse feel with ramps and elevated walkways winding around the building and through the courtyard. Its the vision of a dreamer unhindered by typical USA constraints. It's fantastically located just off the main square and at the edge of the arts district. The rooms are simple and well worn,... Located at the eastern end of Calle Obregon in the Historic Center, "Posada Senor Manana" is for backpackers only and has clearly seen better days. Rooms are dark, dirty, with old sheets and barely functional bathrooms. Towels smelled of mildew and wi-fi only work sporadically. The owner, Hernan, is a nice guy but prices (M$550+) are too high for such... More

When we arrived at this place we were "greeted" by a fellow who told us that they had overbooked and that they did not have the two rooms that we had reserved. In his favor, he gave us a great recommendation (but the wrong price) for the Hotel Coli which we loved and which, from what we saw of the... More

Upon arrival in the evening, Hernan (the owner) was unable to give me a key to lock the door to my room, and actually found it funny that I (a woman traveling alone) was concerned about my safety. He also provided me with the wrong password for the wi-fi, which did not work well. His wife, Cynthia, tries hard to... More

We spent only one night before staying somewhere else. The toilet leaked on the floor everytime you flushed the toilet by your feet. Gross! There was no wifi. The kitchen was under construction. Very disappointed overall.

Cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff and good facilities. It's close to the centre so in a really handy location and is the perfect place for backpackers to stay. Brush up on your spanish though, noone we met spoke any english so glad we knew a few phrases!
