This hotel is super fun without being too rowdy (although I haven't been during spring break). The pools are gorgeous and clean. There's two swim-up bars and three infinity pools. There are fun activities all day and there's tons of food! The food is good......More
We were there from July 31st - August 5, 2014. As we arrived to the hotel there was no one to meet us and get our bags. It was hot and humid in the lobby and everywhere else except for the sports bar. We had...More
The resort was fine, and for the price I can't complain too much... But it's so overcrowded, we waited FOREVER for drinks and some of the bartenders were just plain rude. The food was so-so at best, but I still have a stomach ache a...More

We were in Building 7 - facing the outside toward the construction. Regardless of building, if you can get a poolside room, looking towards the interior, then you won't have a problem with the construction. My frustration was that I paid more for an oceanview room, and get a room looking at the construction site. In the end I was refunded the amount I paid extra for the room, but we were not able to make any changes while we were there. I know construction is a part of progress; but I'm very surprised both the resort and Vacation Express seem to not care they are booking people's vacation rooms overlooking noise construction sites. To me the problem is easily remedied by discounting those rooms. We spent all day at the pools and restaurants; so the construction sites were only a problem at night; and they didn't hamper our sleeping. If given a discount for the terrible view; I would have been happy.
I just came from there last week and this resort advertises that springbreakers are not allowed at this resort yet it was full.I think its a nice family resort and the students disregard for others spoil it for the rest.
