We arrived tired and beaten down but from the moment those people opened their mouths all changed. Friendly, courteous, accommodating from the Greet to the room we were impressed. The room was Spanish style, old world meets modern day, bar in our room was very comforting and clean. We could see the Cruisers from our balcony. The grounds are impeccable,...

Love Love Love this hotel and its staff. As always, the place is kept spotless. Rooms comfortable, used the safe, no problems. Food: Ate at the Mexican - fantastic! My husband tipped the chefs earlier in the day to make us a special request meal - was excellent! Loved the musicians who played tableside. Also at at Krystal twice -...

My husband and I went on vacation to Cabo, Mexico during April 14-21 of 2012. We stayed at the Riu Palace and this was our first time enjoying an all-inclusive vacation. The hotel was very beautiful and well kept. The staff was always prompt with their services. The room we stayed in was a garden view room with two beds...

As most Trip Adviser members do, we researched the hundreds of vacationer`s postings on the Riu Palace Los Cabos both before we booked and while we counted down the days prior to our holiday. In over 20 years of beach vacations in 5 star properties in Jamaica, Antigua, Nassau, Freeport, Mexico, Aruba, Barbados & St. Lucia we have never encountered...

We travelled to Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas from May 7th-14th 2011, my sister her boyfriend and my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend and sister have both been to Los Cabos before and had stayed in the adjoining hotel the Riu Santa Fe. Our tour operator was SunWing and from the moment we got off that plane we embarked on...

We stayed at RIU Palace for a week. The staff at the RIU are very accommodating. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with soda, bottled water and liquor. The pools were awesome - loved the infinity pools overlooking the beach. The buffets are what you would expect from a buffet - lots of mediocre food. I wish they allowed...

We stayed at Riu Palace for four nights in April. We have stayed at numerous resorts in Mexico, Caribbean and Central America, many were all-inclusive. The Riu Palace was extremely disppointing. We booked the king ocean-front junior suite. Check-in was smooth but when we opened the door to our room there was a very strong, nauseating smell of raw sewage....

I have to admit that I was skeptical as to what to expect at the Riu. It's all-inclusive and not only do I not drink but we have an 8-month-old, as well. I read complaints about the noise in the halls at night and thought we were going to end up in something close to a frat-party atmosphere. Fortunately, those...

My wife and I spent a week here in February and had a very nice time. The service was great, the food was excellent, and the resort was very clean! Some helpful tips - the Mexican restaurant by the pool has wonderful coconut ice cream (saves a trip to the main buffet)! We did the sunset cruise on the Cabo...
