Everything at Sandos is the best. The hospitality is unmatched, everyone greats you and makes sure you have anything you need. The experience was so good we ended up becoming Sandos Members - it comes with a price but if you travel often, it's worth it. Another thing is the restaurants it has, all very good food and even have special hours for Royal Elite Members (perks of being a Sandos Member)

The views from this resort are truly incredible. The service is amazing as well, from poolside service Norma, to front desk and bell hop service (Alvaro and Olivia), everyone is extremely friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend eating at Tortuga as well. Alberto runs it incredibly efficiently, and Nancy took great care of us while waiting to be seated. The service and views from Finisterra definitely surpassed my girlfriend and I’s expectations.

From the food to the service, this place is amazing. Everyone is so attentive and friendly, the drinks are top notch and the rooms, pools and restaurants are super clean. Definitely one of my favorite places to visit.

We had a great time with Andres and Jorge. They took care of us all week. We showed up and they immediately brought us what we had before a free a quick confirmation. They also would remember everything about our families and asked how our days were going. Very thankful for these two.
