First and foremost was the exceptional service at the infinity pool. Both Cirilo and Blanca provided excellent beverage and food service, and did so in a way that made us always feel special. Their good sense of humor and constant attention to our needs was wonderful. The view from this pool high up on the ridge was incredible. On one side looking out at the Pacific Ocean and with regular views of whales (both adults and babies) spouting and breaching. In the opposite direction, a panoramic view of Cano San Lucas town and harbor, as well as the Sea of Cortez, and the surrounding mounntains. Being at the Ridge. gave us access to all of the restaurants and pools at this and three Playa Grande Resort, all of which were excellent, however, this pool and pool bar and restaurant, quickly became our favorite. On top of it all, when my wife experienced a significant medical issue requiring a trip to the emergency room, the entire staff responded quickly and effectively. Afterwards everyone from managers and staff (especially Cirilo and Blanca) demonstrated exceptional and very personal pleasure and added attention upon her return. This is as outstanding resort which were most highly recommend!!…

We had a fantastic visit to Playa Grande and the Ridge. Julio Caesar was an amazing server at The Ridge pool and Miriam and Ulises at the main pool. Playa Grande is our regular vacation favorite. Already looking forward to next year. Thank you for a perfect family vacation!

We had a great time at the Ridge, the resort was impeccably clean, updated, beautiful, all with stunning views. The all inclusive food was fantastic! The best part was the service that we had, it made our trip so relaxing, fun and memorable. Martin and the staff was exceptional - Juanito and the ridge pool staff made sure we were taken care.of They were always very professional and attentive. The entertainment at the beach party and the fiesta were a blast! We laughed and really enjoyed both nights. We were glad we didn’t leave the resort... no need to! The staff at the restaurant at the beach blew us away, every night a extensive menu with options . Jose took care of us and really made us feel special! We looked forward to seeing him when we went to brigantine. We ended every night at the sports bar - the staff was light hearted and fun! Fernando was such a nice guy and really made us feel welcome! My friends and I just recently visited Playa Grande. I always stay at the Ridge and every time I stay, the service is excellent. Raciel and Juan are great at what they do!! They both make sure that you're being taken care of. I love hearing my friends say how lucky I am to be able to come to this beautiful place where the service is great, the food is good, and the staff is so friendly. I can't wait to return to Playa in June.
