The hotel is beautiful with amazing views, and very clean! The staff to us was the best part! Emilio, the concierge, is always a joy to see and will help you with whatever you need. He goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay! Sergio is also very helpful and has a great attitude! The resturant, pool, bartenders, and front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. They genuinely want you to have a great stay! Also, I want to mention the food is delicious! We had breakfast included and it was well worth it, everything we tried was great. Lunch we also enjoyed the quesadillas and sushi. The hotel offers onsite Covid testing, that was very convenient. It was a luxurious stay, the pool parties on Saturday are fun. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to return soon!…

Im finally brave enough to book my first post covid trip because I needed to get away for rest and relaxation. That’s all I wanted to do sleep rest eat read a book with a great view. Well I got the great view but with several negatives. First off they are doing renovations and sadly the room next to mines is where one of the renovations is being done so when I wanted to just lay in my room what did I have to hear.. loud pounding at 8am! Not happy at all. I paid way too much money to have to deal with this. Unacceptable! So if you are coming to relax in your room this is not the hotel for you. Next the rooms are just ok. Take away the ocean view The room is “Meh”. Not even hot water to make tea just some espresso machine that the guy said not made for just hot water I had to call each time wanted. Well that’s a bummer. Lastly the options for vegan food are non existing. Although the chef and guy at the restaurant were nice it just shows how uneducated they are about what vegan eating consists of. He wanted to use Ghee and said it was vegan. At breakfast they wanted to add eggs. I don’t expect the options to be many because it’s not big in Mexico because there is only one vegan restaurant but perhaps have staff in the kitchen area because little more aware of what is and gave a couple of options. Anyway just want to say the staff were nice but don’t think I would ever stay at the property again. I feel like I should get some of money back just for early morning banging alone. Thank goodness I’m checking out today …
