We have been going to Cabo now for 11 years. We started by checking into the Rose and they moved us to the Blanco because they didn’t have a room at the Rose. As we checked in the actually checked us into another persons room and we walked in with our key and all of their luggage was all over the room. It took about 45 min to get us into a room. We were all inclusive and It would take over an hour for any food to be ordered and delivered. There were maybe 5 servers for the whole pool deck. Room service was included and it would take over an hour for that as well. So food at the pool and room service was always cold. The guacamole was already brown and the drinks were always melted. Not to mention multiple servers told us we like cash, we like cash. There was one amazing server that treated my kids so well and was beyond attentive! Alfredo!! The sweetest man and so accommodating. Safety was a huge priority with my kids. My son was playing in the grass area by the pool and had stepped on a needle that went in his foot. We went to Fellinis restaurant and my husband stepped on a tack on the floor. The service at Fellinis was the worst. My husband I were engaged there 7 years ago so we went with our whole family. We were sat right next to the kitchen. It took 30 min to even get a drink. We were there 3.5 hours!!!! When asked why others were getting food before us they said they have a bigger table. Makes no sense. And with 2 small kids this was beyond disappointing. This resort is extremely understaffed. Majority of the staff were rude and not helpful. Even the front desk. We are in our 30s and the front desk was incredibly non helpful. They would tell us no but my father would go and ask the same question and they would accommodate his requests.. we are so disappointed in this resort and definitely do not recommend staying there at all. Take your money elsewhere! You will be much happier and safer. …
We are owners at Rose and were happy to get rooms at the blanco.. rooms are very traditional and very clean and well taken care of. The staff was great from check in, to pool service to check out. We did find one server letter I had us know from the beginning that he likes cash for tips., while we appreciate a little hustle we found this a bit offensive after paying 93 dollars a person for all inclusive. We did tip at the end of the day but felt the waiter expected more. The pool service was great but the food was terrible., we ordered chicken fingers and we received a chicken patty cut it 5 piece.. this chicken patty was burnt too. The chair saving starts at 5:30am so make sure to get up or no chairs by 6am. Filinis food was good but were served 2.5 hours after we got there- manager was great but we were ready to walk out after 2 hrs. …
My back was out during most of the vacation since the beds are so uncomfortable, and I needed to ask to have the floor cleaned after check in. The location, pool and beach are the best part of this resort, and some common areas, restaurants and bar have been updated. Sushi restaurant is very good. Many other meals were not good, especially. CIlantro’s.
I only stayed one day, and it was good. It was clean and people were very friendly but the restaurant was just okay. I little pricey for the options they had and the desserts were way better than the food. It was really noisy at night so I didn’t get a good night sleep.
Family of three staying under all-inclusive. The ability to travel on free shuttle to other sister properties and dine/swim made it really flexible with great variety of dining options. Def recommended to get reservations to restaurants for dinner EARLY. We had difficulty doing so same day/day before (and this was even during pandemic when volumes were seemingly down)! Friendly staff. On-site covid testing available!
