It was like visiting family or close friends. We were welcomed warmly and all our needs were attended to. In our travels in different countries, we have stayed in many B&Bs ,Casa de la Cuesta would be one of the most memorable. We enjoyed the breakfasts, meeting other guests, being invited to a cocktail party , visiting the mask museum,...

Lovely rooms. Gracious hosts. Great location. Hope to stay there again. Filled with beautifully displayed Mexican art and masks. Hosts are knowledgeable and share that with guests as well as their love of Mexico. All the modern amenities in total charm. Lots of terraces and balconies. Was there for three nights with friends. Everyone loved their room.

We loved every moment of our five night stay at Casa de la Cuesta! From the incredible breakfasts,( that taught me several new breakfast dishes that i had never had before, like chilequilas with salsa verde) to fabulous conversations from some of the most interesting people that we met during our whole San Miguel stay ( we stayed in town...

I stayed at Casa de la Cuesta with a friend when we were in San Miguel de Allende for a wedding, and we enjoyed every second of our stay there! It was my first time to visit the city, and Heidi and Bill were very helpful in getting us acquainted with San Miguel and made us feel right at home....

We stayed with Casa De La Cuesta from February 14, 2017 until February 20th. The B&B is to us, not only a B&B but it is indeed “a cultural place”. As an architect, I was astonished with the beauty of the place with its multi level spaces full of rich Mexican art works and objects and amazing collection of Mexican...

Great room, wonderful view, comfortable bed. Breakfasts were baked and delicious. Bill and Heidi were very helpful in offering advice on what to do and where to go without being too pushy. The honesty bar was a great feature. I enjoyed sitting with a glass of wine in my hand watching the hummingbirds feed from the bird feeders.

We returned to Casa de la Cuesta after seven years and it was every bit as nice as we'd remembered (as was San Miguel de Allende). We were there for Christmas, which made it even more special. Bill & Heidi were wonderful hosts and the breakfasts were outstanding! We considered extending our stay but personal plans & logistics got in...
