My sisters and I stayed here during our visit to San Miguel de Allende and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it - clean, comfortable, lovely surroundings. Then rooms are mini suites with cooking facilities and a fridge, a sitting area in one room and a dining are in another. Bare necessities for cooking but helpful staff if you needed anything....

Accommodation doesn't come cheap in San Miguel de Allende, and many places seem to crank up their rates for Fri/Sat night. Luckily, I stumbled over the Santo Domingo suites for my weekend stay and it was great. And very reasonably priced. I had a 2-bed apartment to myself. Very cute and traditional. I didn't use it - except to make...

You walk into the lobby and the whole place wraps its beautiful arms around you and transports you to the world of courtyards, murals, and tapestries. There are flowers everywhere, and lovely knick knacks from bygone eras. The beds are just divine and they have space heaters for the chilly evenings. The roof top patios have breathtaking views - ahhhhh....

Spent several nights at this hilltop hotel and really was impressed. This casita is a home away from home with its charming comfort and views. It is a few blocks from the parroquia which is the center of town. The only thing is that climb back to the hotel. Thank goodness for the taxis!

I stayed here in the second half of March and have to say what a great place. In Mexico for 2 weeks and this was one of the highlights for me. The town of San Miguel should be on all lists of places to visit when in Mexico, it really is a pretty, friendly taste of the Country. The town...

This hotel is a little bit away from downtown but you can do exercise to get over there. The parking lot is big and the staff were very kind with us. The kitchen, the bathroom, all the amenities were ad hoc with San Miguel de Allende. Rustic and nice...

Spent 3 days in a lovely suite while programming and briefly touring the city. When i entered my room i was greeted with a beautiful view of San Miguel de Allende which helped me every day while i was working. Having a small but full kitchen gave me lots of options. The room did not have A/C but the ceiling...

I visit San Miguel often and Suites Santo Domingo is def. a place apart for the rest. The family-run business truly makes you feel at home. I was greeted by the mother who showed me around the property and told me the many stories of her family in the home. I found the rooms to be very spacious and romantic,...

Spent 6 days here while going to Spanish school. There is lotsa room, a lovely view, full kitchen and, nice TV (con algo Ingles), good internet AND it is immaculately clean! I am not sure about parking, (I did not have a car), but here is a tip about the location. It IS up a steep hill, and like all...

All rooms are in the second floor and very narrow stairs, very inconvenient for handicap people. The bed and mattress was like sleeping on cardboard boxes and noisy. Absolutely no silverware! The toilet paper hard like sand paper. But to top it all, the so called Manager, was a grouchy, inconsiderate and rude person who kept threatening us because my...
