The hotel is good, but be careful. They take your car for a ride for themselves. On my departure my car had 40km more than expected, they couldn't justify that because the parking is only a few meters from there. They could commit a crime with your car and you would be unaware of.

Great location.... but that's about it. It's advertised as having transportation from the airport, but when I called a couple of days before our trip I was informed that the was no transportation. We were stuck in a room that was at the back of the building. The only window looked out on the alley. There was one crappy uncomfortable...

This hotel it's like a little jewel near the center of the action. We stayed in the Parroquía room, lovely, incredible view, really speechless view. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed, all decor appeared traditional but felt very new. The room was cozy and charming. However, as first timers visiting this enchanting place, we did not know that...

we take a group to San Miguel every summer and have used this inn for 6 years. although it has changed from the former Villa Rivera, it did upgrade the linens, but took away the café. It is a charming hotel in great location, typical Mexican tile, and the rooms vary. The have limited staff, but they are nice. They...

Went there for 3 nights and I loved the hotel grounds, although there are a couple of things (minor) wrong with the room. No air and bathroom sink faucet too short for sink. No pen or paper and no safe. The worst part was the non helpful young staff that are annoyed when you ask them something. They are Always...

This is a beautiful hotel with a great location behind the main plaza, albeit our room was a little noisy as it was on the street and the pool was freezing cold but we were willing to put up with all of this until the dollars in my suitcase were stolen. We can back from breakfast one morning and found...

This has been the worst stay at any hotel I've ever stayed in my life. It begins with the front desk staff. We saw two younger females and they look like they don't want to be there. No 'hi's, no smiles, nothing. We had booked through hotels.com and at first they couldn't even find our reservation. Luckily they found it...

This property is beautiful, the grounds are well kept. Great location to the main square and center church. As other reviews noted you can hear the church bells starting at 6:30am. The room was nice but the shower head (picture included) provided no pressure and the tub was so slow to drain that you were standing in 90% of the...

I stayed here in March 2016 for four nights (two different rooms). The first night I stayed with a friend in the room La Luna, which has two beds and faces the street side. The second through fourth nights I stayed with my husband in a room upstairs with one bed (I don't recall the name). I was extremely skeptical...

I have been in San Miguel already many times, for the first time I stayed in this hotel and definitely I will return to this one again. Only little stressing is loading and unloading your things in from of the hotel, as they then take the vehicle and park it near by in their park place, but it is worth...
