I made a mistake filling in the "bubbles" in my first review. I wanted to state again how terrific Casa is, how professional and helpful the staff is and how wonderful the owner, Barbara Poole, is. I would go back any time to this magical city and always stay at Casa de la Noche. It personifies all that is wonderful...

My home is your home ... but with Barbara Poole and her staff, Casa de la Noche is something to aspire to! What Barbe has accomplished in turning this former 'working establishment' into a welcoming, charming, warm, comfortable bed and breakfast in the historic city of San Miguel de Allende is truly outstanding. The staff is welcoming, extremely helpful and...

I loved the ambience and beauty of Casa de la Noche and most of all the hospitality of its owner Barbe Poole and her attentive staff. The breakfasts were extraordinary. The furnishings and art displayed add to the personality of Casa de la Noche. I would most certainly return.

Barbara has created an aura of Mexican charm coupled with fine art and delicious breakfasts at her spacious compound. Each of the rooms has its own personality, and the many common areas are warm and welcoming. Barbara is always available with ideas, recommendations and answers to any question. I loved it and will return again and again, as many do!

Renting a car from the Mexico City airport, the trip to San Miguel de Allende took a few hours longer than expected with heavy traffic; however, once we arrived in the Casa de la Noche we forgot all about it. Everything about this bed and breakfast was fabulous from the food, the rooms, property, staff, and location within walking distance...

What a wonderful spot for an artist to spend a week. There's a painting waiting to be captured at every turn around the corner. The house is welcoming with visiting artists displaying their work around the house. The staff is cordial, welcoming and caring. The food is a welcome highlight each morning with freshly brewed coffee. How good does it...

My first time visiting San Miguel de Allende and it will not be the last! Since the moment I booked the hotel the service was fabulous! Miguel gave my mother and me first class service, we literally felt like we were visiting family. The room was clean, the food was delicious and all accommodations were beyond expectations. This was my second stay in San Miguel De Allende but my first at Casa de la Noche. I was with a large group taking art classes on site and exploring the area. From the very first experience with the staff when arriving to the last day there, the hotel and staff exceeded all expectations. It is a gorgeous casa...
