Seafront, and facing the river. We are one of the historic hotels of Bocca di Magra, an ancient fishing village that offers fantastic landscapes and turistic opportunities. Few minutes walking from the beaches and from Lerici, Tellaro, Fiascherino. We olso propouse a seafood restaurant, refined and refined tastes. fresh fish arrives right from our sea and our fisherman

For me, the best thing is the location and the treatment received from Madalena (serves in Spanish) and Simona, who is lovely, I highly recommend having dinner there once you return tired because they open at 7:30 p.m. for dinner- EXCELLENT - very good fish. fresh and great pasta as well as good Chianti wine (Il Canto brand for quality price) - About this Hotel I might say that the breakfast is a bit lacking, and the fact is that they serve you a little bit of croissants, even the bread and the mortadella and jork ham, a little secret: don't forget to ask for the oil because It is not on the table.- (you already know the liquid gold for Spain and Italy)- It is very pleasant after dinner to sit on the porch or at the entrance and have a drink. This hotel has a swimming pool and everything is very clean, recommended since from there you can visit the sea and mountains within 100-130 kilometers, we went to see the "Cinque Terre" (and visited the charming Riomaggiore and the beautiful Manarola as well as we entered Corniglia) and Don't miss Carrara, a town with history since the time of Michelangelo Buonarrotti. We visited Parma and Pisa and all from this Hotel located in a simply strategic place about 20 minutes from La Spezzia. 100% recommended as an unpretentious three-star hotel for those who spend the night because it perfectly fulfills the purpose of its existence.

This is a lovely small hotel in a wonderful setting. We had a room with a terrace overlooking the marina and, with no traffic allowed, it was most restful and matched our expectations.
Bocca di Magra is a laid-back and quiet village, marina and beach at the end of the local road. It has a few lovely restaurants and the hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the small beach, beyond the marina.
Car parking is free (avoid the yellow parking spots - they're for locals) in the public car park just behind the hotel.
All in all a wonderful spot that we would widely advocate and would have no hesitation in revisiting.

Staying at this hotel was very pleasant. Unfortunately the bad weather and the schedules of our commitments did not allow us to use either the pool or try the restaurant. However both seemed very welcoming. Very clean room, with a nice spacious terrace. New and perfect bathroom, comfortable beds. In the room there are both the air conditioner and the blades to the ceiling, so coolness suitable for every need. Nearby bars and dining options, games for children. Definitely a place to spend a pleasant holiday.

before and last time I will stay at this hotel, I booked a quadruple I found myself in a micro room, for up to two people, which was adapted to make it a quadruple, that is, putting a bunk bed in the middle of the passage, this structure was not even well fixed, considering that I had to put the mattress on the ground because it closed while I was sleeping. Therefore know that if you book a quadruple you will have 50% to be in a quadruple, or 50% to find a small room adapted to make it a quadruple. Total disorganization

I absolutely love this place. It’s a beautiful building (I guess from the 1940 or so). 4 minutes walking from the beach, in a very central location of Bocca di Magra. It’s under Monte Marcello, while on the other side you can look at the Alpi Apuane and the river Magra. The small swimming pool has lots of character and it’s so comfortable and refreshing. There are plenty of wonderful attractions to visit nearby. Don’t forget the Roman ancient ruins of Luni and the winery. If you are driving, there is a free parking behind the path, again 3 minutes walking. There is no lift, this needs consideration. Rooms are all different from each other and different sizes, so, make sure that you ask for what you really want. I will surely go back.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in June 2024 and I must say that we had a very good time. The room was spacious and clean, the customer care constant and discreet and the sea view is incomparable. We enjoyed little of the pool because of the weather, but I guess when it's hot it's a big plus. We did not try the kitchen, great reason to return, absolutely recommended!

Stayed here for a weekend. Lovely family run hotel opposite the small yacht marina. Wonderful to wake up watching the yachts in the little port. A lovely place to stay for visiting yachtees or those wanting to get away from the noisy areas out of season. It has a lovely little garden and pool. The cleaning staff clean to perfection. Breakfast on the terrace facing the little yachts port is ideal.

Hotel located at the mouth of the Magra, in a small village bordering the Cinque Terre and very close to the beautiful Lunigiana area. Clean and comfortable rooms, complete sweet and savory buffet breakfast. Swimming pool surrounded by greenery that invites you to relax. Courteous and helpful staff. We discovered it by chance three years ago, but we never left it. Ideal for "recharging your batteries"!

Very cozy little hotel and great spot near the most beautiful places in that area. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. We liked it very much and will definitely come back. It does have this something special and we enjoyed the very relaxing atmosphere.
