If you are looking to relax in Tulum, stay as far away from Om Tulum as possible. This hotel blasted music until 3AM on our first night and refused to offer us more that a "continental breakfast" in return (probably a $5 value). They continued to play loud music throughout the day, making it impossible to relax on their beach....

We stayed at this hotel for two nights because we wanted our teenagers to experience Sian Ka'an reserve. Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures. The beds are rock hard and the shower was scary. Both nights the electricity quit around 1am. This means no air conditioning which even in March means the room temperature was up to 80...

Nice view for simple breakfast not cheap. I try for a hamburger and it wasn't real good. Fish and chips aren't like UK with no original sauces and the fish it's not the same that the original recipe. The rooms look very basics like bungalows with a fan bed a 🛀.

We visited OM often for their comfy beach chairs and lounge areas, the tasty and inexpensive menu, and the kind staff. Right on the beach. We did not stay but rooms looked cozy and very close to the surf.

This was my second visit to Om. My husband and I had our wedding there last February. It was for 60 people which is large for a destination! They did a lot to make sure things went smooth then and again this visit. Rooms are simple but all you need. I read a lot of negative reviews about it being...

We love everything about OM. Great spot! Beautiful. Beach is perfect for long walks and swimming. Also close enough to walk into town. Food onsite is good, there are also many restaurants close by that you can walk to . Can't wait to go again next year!

This was our first stop (of many!) on Tulum beach. What a great little spot! It definitely set the tone and we loved the cool vibe here. Very nicely decorated, clean and offers amazing views. Loved the setup: nice patio at the top, variety of beach beds and the shaded massage area. It's in a more quiet, less crowded area...

We had a great experience at this hotel as we were only there for one night. The room was very spacious with double sink/vanity area and large bathroom. We had hot water and although there was AC and a ceiling fan, it was cool enough at night that we only needed the ceiling fan as we had the windows open....

We just checked out of Om Tulum this morning and what a disappointment. First, the beds are maybe a twin and a half in size. My petite teen daughter practically took up a whole bed on her own so imagine two full grown adults sleeping on one. Next, the toilet and shower area are like what you'd expect in a...

Good place to spend the day. Didn't stay the night nor used the hotel, but only stayed at the beach. They have sunbeds and single palapas. The beach is quite nice to go in and have a swim, different from some areas in Tulum that are mostly rocks or not even allowed to swim. Prices are alright, and service is...
