Such a beautiful, Mexican palapa style beach resort! It is located about midway down the Tulum beach stretch and seems to be one of the more reasonably priced hotels in this line-up. The service in the restaurant was excellent (though restaurant is fairly pricey by Mexican standards). When we were greeting at the drive way they immediately told us it...

La Luna is a treasure. I spend a little over a week here and have not an only point of critique. It's beach, las cabañas, the atmosphere around the pool and the wonderful ceviche from La Lunas owned restaurant. Thank you!

We had to be torn away from Cabanas La Luna. It was the perfect place. The palapa roof villas are set back from the beach just slightly so as to give it a more secluded feel than some of the other properties we observed walking down the beach. There are no walkways, only the most amazing sand paths. We were...

Very nice hotel right on the beach. The restaurant is really good, especially the ceviche. The only word of caution is that the garden suite is under the kitchen and can be a bit noisy. The staff is super friendly, the service is awesome, the beach is sooooo nice!! Bonus, the best sushi restaurant in Tulum is right across the...

We stayed in the Christopher Columbus cabana for the first 4 nights offer our 10 day honeymoon in Tulum. The cabana was clean, comfortable, and quaint, with just enough room for our luggage and to be able to move around. The bed was comfortable and had a fan to keep us cool at night, as well as a nice cross...

My husband and I spent 3 nights here as part of our belated honeymoon. Coming from an all inclusive resort in Playa Del Carmen, we got the best of both worlds during our trip- Cabanas La Luna was the secluded, peaceful, romantic and simple part of our trip. We stayed in Marrakech, which had the best view on the property!...

We knew the Hotel would be bohemian and that would be its charm . Which it was and ideally close to the beach . You should be aware that its website implies that yoga is on site , which it may have been in the past , but it's not available now. Bohemian is acceptable , but the mean breakfast...

My husband and I, and two friends stayed for 7 nights, and it was fantastic. My friends had stayed at La Luna in the past, and loved it. We stayed in the tiny Robinson Crusoe, with a small sandy walking path right to the beach. Falling asleep each night to the sounds of the ocean and breeze was a great...

We loved our teeny weeny Robinson Crusoe room and we're told it was small! Just as well as it really was - just enough room for a double bed. However it was spotlessly clean throughout our four night stay. We didn't mind the sulphurous water nor the fan nor not flushing Loo paper down the loo but we did have...
