Gary and his staff were very friendly, attentive and nice throughout our stay. We initially booked the room for 11 nights, but shortened our stay both to seek variety and also because the evenings were rough (mostly due to the loud neighboring bars). Gary was on point with his recommendations about restaurants and activities in Tulum and it's surroundings. The...

We appreciated a lot our stay in this hotel! The rooms were very clean and nice furnished with an own terasse and hammocks on the first floor. The price is very good compared to other options in tulum! To reach the ruins or beach you can take collectivos.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights while visiting Tulum. Nice hotel, small swimming pool. Common area with water, coffee and teas plus a fridge. Close to nice restaurants. A/C was loud at night. Safe and secure.

Spent two nights here with my girlfriend. Very nice staff, helped us with maps, recommendations on beach clubs/restaurants and taxi booking. Even put cloth in a gap between the door and doorframe upon requestfrom us because of mosquitos. "Pool" is a bit small, and minimal sunbathing possibilities in the hotel, but you are in Tulum so go for the beach!

My wife and I initially booked six nights here during our honeymoon and liked it so much after staying a couple of days that we canceled our other reservations and extended our stay for the remaining three nights. This little hotel is nestled near the center of Tulum, close to the main commercial areas and the ADO bus station offering...

This little hotel is perfect for a stay in downtown Tulum. Cheap and clean, with little touches you would expect from a boutique hotel. The staff is lovely, especially the young guy (forgot his name, but I'm sure he will recognise himself). Possibility to rent bikes too. Only minus: can be very noisy at night

Rooms are really nice and clean. Location is good, close to the bus station, if you want to be downtown. However, it's a bit far away from the beach (a taxi ride costs about US$6). The owner is really nice and gives you all the information you need to move around town and visit the main attractions. Only negative is...

Was here with the wife and toddler for a wedding down at one of the cabanas. Instead of paying 300 a night to stay on the beach without air-con, we stayed at this little gem for 300 total (6 nights) and had all the benefits of being in town with great places to eat and walk to. In town, but...
