My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in early May. I had been plotting at stay at this place for 5-6 years and it was worth the wait. The room was gorgeous, the view unbelievable, and the service over the top. For example, we arrived after a long day of travel and although we were outside the normal...

There are just not enough nice things to say about this wonderful spot. Tulum itself is magical and Suenos Tulum was the perfect home base to explore. We loved the combination of complete high quality but an extremely low-key, casual feel. The hoetel restaurant only serves guests, and it was the single best meal we had o our trip. Our...

My wife and I just returned from 5 days in Tulum. We absolutely loved Suenos Tulum. It's a special place. It's towards the end of the "strip" of hotels, so it's quiet and secluded. The room overlooked the water, the food was delicious, and the beach is pure sand and water, not a rock to be found. The hotel is...

Suenos Tulum is a peaceful and magical place in a beautiful part of the world. The rooms were lovely, people kind and caring (Matteo and Eduardo being particular stars bringing cocktails, tea and coffee whenever) and the family a pleasure to meet. What really sticks in my mind is the art. The carvings on the outside of the buildings, the...

The resort is cute. The rooms are spare but well designed and extremely clean, the towels were plush, the water was salty but hot. Electricity was available most of the night. My only specific complaint for the resort is that breakfast is served late 8-10, so if you are coming from the East Coast with 2 hours of jet lag...

We were told at least 4 times to "not say anything about Sueno" as regulars don't want the word to get out. We discovered why. Charming, quaint small hotel with service that simply can't be matched. Amazed how many families were there. If you are traveling with more than one child, and have no issues sleeping in a double bed...

Like many of the previous reviewers, we highly recommend this hotel. With roughly 10 rooms, you're guaranteed wonderful service. Rooms are comfortable and clean with beautiful views of the beach. Look no further. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

This was at least our fifth trip to Suenos, and the quality remains stellar. In fact, I am reluctant to report how good this place is for fear it will become so popular we won't be able to book there next winter. Right on a gorgeous beach, where you can walk for miles, with wonderful food, comfortable rooms, and the...

We had a great time but our visit was too short! Everyone was so warm and welcoming! I've stayed in many places in Tulum over the years. They have thought of everything here at Suenos. The rooms are all fantastic, the views are unbelievable, amenities are very thoughtful, and the decore of the whole hotel is amazing. The restaurant and...

My lady Irene and I just returned last night from Suenos where we stayed for 9 nights. I had been to Tulum before and wanted to stay at Suenos but could not get a reservation. Booking well in advance, we were fortunate to secure a master suite. I have stayed at many Caribbean and Mexican hotels but Suenos is truly...
