This is our third stay at this resort this year. The first two times it was still Adonis Gay Resort & Spa. We were very disappointed to hear that the concept of this wonderful resort had changed, but we had an excellent deal on our price and had loved the resort, so kept our reservations. We were informed before we...

The hotel itself, the grounds, the swimming pool overlooking the sea etc are actually very beautiful. The room had air conditioning and was spacious with a large balcony. However, for a hotel advertising itself as a 'wellness' resort providing a great 'culinary experience', we were massively disappointed. We love to eat, but the food was extremely poor, which is a...

The Hotel did not make it in the past under different names/management and i am quiet sure it will not work with the new concept. This is not a luxury resort, even if the rooms are nice, spacious and the location is great. + in general it is a nice Hotel in a good location on a cliff close to...

This hotel is transitioning from the Adonis Tulum Gay resort to the Zenserenity Resort. Where to begin? Well, we came knowing there was no beach, so, OK, there is still no beach, that's fine. I also came knowing the prior management likely had bad food based on the reviews. Well, the now named zenserenity wellness resort has not chnged the...

I'll start with the scant negatives, just to get them out of the way. This biggest "problem" we had with our stay was with our room's hot water. We'd have to run the shower for 10 to 15 minutes minimum before it would get at least warm enough to bathe in, and the water pressure was very low. This low...

We had booked a while back when it was the Adonis. I was a little reluctant when I heard about the change in name and the rebranding of the hotel. In the end we decided to just go with it. We are glad we did. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable. Other reviewers are correct. The hotel...

We booked the Zensenerity last minute over Christmas 2013. It's a great hotel that was much more luxurious than we were expecting: a big bright room with our own private jacuzzi outside (really!); and "all inclusive" that tasted like a la carte - the food was some of the finest we had in Mexico, and you can just keep on...

First the positive....the resort is gorgeous -- great rooms...great spa...great pool. The staff is attentive and aims to please. Special mention goes to Diego at the front desk. He went to great lengths whenever asked...he is a great asset to the resort. Now the not-so-positive...1) though newly branded a wellness resort, it isn't there yet. The gym was lacking --...

This was my first time at an all-inclusive, and overall, it was a good experience. Clearly, the resort is in a state of transition at the time of this writing, but it appears that they are actively working to improve. My partner and I booked when it was Adonis. We found the pool to be very nice, and the view...

Let's start with the positive. This is a beautiful property consisting of many large villas in a lush tropical setting. The infinity pool with swim-up bar is gorgeous with a stunning view of the Caribbean. Our room was nice, but it was not truly ocean-front which is what we booked. The staff was attentive. Victoria, Damian and Marco deserve special...
