Initially was very happy with this hostel however when we checked in we asked to extend our stay a second night which was approved. They didn't ask for immediate payment so we asked if we could pay our second night the following day. We repeatedly...More
Really couldn't fault this accommodation, and was probably the best place we stayed (for a good price) throughout the whole of Mexico! The private rooms were exactly what we wanted, with private bathroom, fridge, towels and free water all at a reasonable price.
Nicely located, only 3 blocks from the main street, but far enough to not hear crazy loud music all night. This was great! Convenient.
This property is set up like a hostel with about 8-9 private rooms and a small garden.

I stayed in Tulum Naa one night, and wanted to stay longer but money was taken from my private room (which was locked) while I went out to take a quick breakfast. That same morning, other guests were missing money too. The owner is extremely...More

From Cancun airport you have to take an ADO bus to Playa del Carmen, which is direct. Once there, there are many colectivos going to Tulum. Hostal Tulum Naa isn't too far from the station. Just walk up the main road and then turn left on Avenida Satelite Norte. The reception is always open. Since it is Saturday, you will find plenty of places which are open for dinner. There is a delicious Argentinian grill on the main road, really close to the hostel. Also, about 1 block away there is a small place that does the best tacos in the region selling them for 12 pesos each. That will be open for sure!
