Palms Tulum was a great place to stay on our visit to Tulum. It was just a few blocks from the main stores and restaurant on the main street. Rooms are spacious and clean, building is very new. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Free bikes to barrow! Pools is somewhat small but who needs the pool when the...

Clean, safe, fairly priced, spacious. What else?! We received perfect service whenever we needed it, from arranging cabs, restaurants visits, information and more. The apartment got cleaned every day. We enjoyed having drinks and snacks in the early evenings by the small pool. We enjoyed the experience and would happily come back!

The hotel is more an apartment than a hotel which it has many advantages. You have more space than a conventional room and count with a well equipped kitchen, even though you came to paradise for relaxing not to cook. Good for breakfast maybe and sure to keep some drinks, candy and nachos for when you get back from the...

Me, my better half and two of our best friends stayed here for three nights. We slept on a comfy sofa bed and the others in the master bedroom. The apartments were spacious and look like they were here on TA. Location is great, convenient parking, free coffee and water, and most importanlty very nice staff. Only minus was the...

Absolutely loved our stay at The Palms. Would come back here anytime. Very nice staff, clean rooms, close to restaurants and a close car ride/taxi to the beach. I know that a lot of people coming to the beach for vacation would want to stay right on the beach, but staying in the town of Tulum has a lot of...

My boyfriend Randy and I stayed at the Palms Tulum Feb 11-17th and I will tell you that this hotel is truly a GEM! The staff are absolutely professional and super friendly.-from the moment we arrived were greeted (we had arrived 1 1/2 hours early as we drove by car) and the young woman (told us she had come to...

We stayed three nights in Tulum Town before heading to the beach. The Palms was exceptional. Wonderful staff, intimate hotel, convenient location, modern rooms. The rolling shades were a nice touch to block out the light and a little noise. The A/C worked great and the kitchen was handy. Microwaves and toasters were helpful. We didn't have them on the...

This is the first time trip advisor has steered me wrong. This Hotel has won a trip advisor award, so I thought this was a sure thing. If you're looking for A nice comfy bed and a room with air conditioning, this is not your place. The air conditioning was broken and the beds are rock hard. The management was...

Tried to decide between staying at the beach vs. in town in Tulum. Definitely different experiences, as we also visited friends for the beach experience. Palms Tulum is in town on a side street just off of the main highway 307. It is a small hotel with very large rooms on maybe three floors (no elevator as far as I...

We just spent a week at the Palms Tulum Luxury Hotel. It has a good location and is very well maintained and attractive. The staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk is run by men with enough English that a person who doesn't have a good command of Spanish needn't worry. We would stay here again were we to...
