We stayed here for 3 nights for a short visit to Tulum. The beach the hotel is on is very beautiful and the bar is very close to where you can sit and relax with an incredible view. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are okay. However, the hot water was very hit and miss and more...

Mrs Amy, Thank you for being our precious Guest and for this short story of your holiday: we loved it. The Resort is quite a relaxing place not too far away from Tulum and other Mayan attractions. At the same time is a lovely place where lie down on the beach and just enjoy the sea! Again thank you!

Beautiful Place . Really Funky Rooms ( in a nice way). Beach was stunning. Grounds were inspiringly beautiful. Well laid out. Safe , clean, friendly. Many pools to enjoy. Food in the buffet all inclusive restaurant was excellent. Service impeccable. I tipped everyone ! They really appreciated it. Even twenty pesos ($1 at the time ) was appreciated. Too many...

Dear Guest, Thank you for being our Guest and for this review. We appreciate so much any suggestion given to improve our customer care. We’re very sorry for the blanket, yes it could happen, even if it shouldn’t be. For any accidental distraction by our team, the manager on duty is forever there at your service. Small hotel (112 rooms) but a great long beach, 5 pools, secluded and inexpensive all-inclusive. Unless you don't plan on sightseeing and will eat all meals here, you should rent a car. Taxis overcharge locals (I know. I'm a local). Hard to beat $120-160 per couple for drinks all day. Rooms were small but clean. Food was buffet style but...

Our trip in Mexico was devided into the two parts: sightseen and the beach. Our first base was Tulum with its white sandy beach and surrounding sights. PavoReal is an excellent choice for the beach in the morning and historic sights in the afternoon. The food in the restaurant is really great. All is very delicious! The entertainment program in...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach was practically just for us and as it was low season there weren't so many guests at the hotel, which made the beach more private like. Beach is very beautiful! And there are lots of pelicans flying around. Staff is very nice too. Food is ok.. for breakfast is fine.

Mr D Feb, Thank you so much for being our guest and for telling your experience at the PavoReal. Our pretty Resort is immersed in an unspoiled nature. You can be friends with pelicans, but also with some turtles who lay their eggs on the beach, or also with some iguanas lying in the sun. Thanks a lot from all...

I have mixed reviews about this property. I will say that the property itself is very charming, well decorated and the staff is friendly. There are a few qualms that we had with this property though, that should be noted. 1.NO toilet paper down the toilets. Ugh 2. Internet is very poor, included only in main area. 3. Plan to...

We were happy to stay on a relaxing, tourist free beach. it worked because we had a car and could drive into the town for nightlife and food whenever we wanted.
