I stayed over this small cute hostel for one night during the weekend of October 15-16, I was attending a bicycle tour throughout the mayan riviera along with some friends; so we wanted something convenient, simple, accessible and at a great price, this place fulfills all our demands, since the booking experience the staffing was very much caring of our...

The hotel/hostel is amazing, clean, modern and with all the necessary amenities to enjoy the stay there. Value for money. Located a few steps from downtown, with restaurants and a supermarket in the same block. Also near the beach, with free bikes included, so you can go riding and enjoying the incredible road to the best beaches, sorrounded by forest....

The lobby was the only place that was okay until I noticed a spider web in the ceiling fan. We only stayed there a night for 800 pesos. The guy took us to our room and there was NO electricity, so he went to grab a different key for another room again NO electricity and finally the 3rd room work...

The manager told us (after two hours were spent looking for him) that all opinions mattered, here is ours : - Ok Location (between the city and the beach) - Nice staff - The reception is the only thing that actually looks like a hotel, from the moment you enter the garden, it becomes a hostel (yet the price is...

For a hotel still under construction, this place charges like a boutique on the beach. Our room had a ladder from home Depot to reach the top bunk. The front door was missing a handle on the inside to open the sliding door. There was no bathroom lock. There were no drapes on a window. The bunk bed had no...

The staff in this hotel are very hospitable and respectful. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. My room was very clean and had a rustic and cozy decor. The whole place feels like it's in the mayan jungle. I fell ill one day and one of the staff members, Esau, went to check one me and even took my food...

Just got back from my trip to Tulum and I stayed 6 nights here, If you are easy going, want something cheap, convenient, clean, A/C, minifridge, free breakfast and free bikes then this is the place for you! It's in a very central location between the beach and the town. We rode our bikes every where from here. Into town,...

I recently stayed at El Punto, and highly recommend it. The location is pretty much perfect, between Tulum town and the beach/Maya ruins. El Punto's decoration is very Caribbean, very original, very artistic. I called El Punto to negotiate price for a private room, and from my first phone call with Federico and then Alejandro following up I felt comfortable....

El Punto was the key to our successful trip, it felt like our home for 6 days. It was really easy to get to know everyone. Federico, Alex, Mauricio, and George. You guys and the rest of the staff are awesome. With a great breakfast and juices to start the day, the hotel/hostel is well maintained. The little pool and...
