we stayed at Amansala Chica for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed it immensely. Beds were comfortable, good wifi in central areas, cleaned every day, ample fresh towels, which really matters at the beach...lovely ocean front, pleasant and responsive staff....one of my favorite vacations...
About 20 rooms right on the beach, in a hut-like setting made of indigenous materials, wood, hay, etc
Very friendly staff both at reception and in restaurant
beautiful views from everywhere, many options to relax, lying, sitting, etc
Their reception staff consists of uneducated thugs and the gift shop hostess was no where to be found. This hotel is old with lazy staff. Look for more newer more modern hotels with better service down the hotel strip. Amansala is not worth it.
