The highlights of this hostel are the garden and breakfast. Both are absolutely divine. The living room reception area filled with comfy chairs and books is also a delight. The FREE breakfast is lovingly prepared, freshly made organic bread and crepes with home made jams is served outside or inside in the adjoining cafe where you can also purchase healthy... More

This hostel is a must-stay if you're visiting Tulum! It has such a good vibe, the people make you feel so welcome and the decor is amazing - think bohemian jungle The beds and bathroom are super clean and the breakfast is really good - they're big on their healthy eating which I personally love The only downside is that,... This hostel surpassed all our expectations, which were already high thanks to the reviews we read. Beds comfortable, amazing showers and best breakfasts we have had in a hostel. Only slight negative was the Mosquitos, that can't be helped by the people running it but just be aware you will need serious strength repellant at all times! Would certainly go... More

We stayed in the suite (unexpectedly) due to a late booking and it was a lovely place, very relaxed and enjoyable. 100% the best part about the hostel is the food in the adjoining restaurant for your FREE breakfast. Home made jams, pancakes and home made bread with coffee. If you find a batter place in Mexico I'd like to... More

I stayed in this hostel in April 2016 and had a fantastic time. The people working there are really nice (more on that topic later)! The breakfast is especially good, not just the same typical breakfast you get in every other hostel! The hostel is decorated in an artsy way and it's so comfortable to just lay in a hammock!... I went to this hostel because it was close to the Spanish School that I attended. It was the perfect place to stay! The rooms and beds are comfortable, the showers hot, there is a common kitchen and a bar with incredible design. The staff here is simply incredible! Helpful, dedicated and great folks for a chat. Especially Fabian, who... More

I booked a bed in a dormitory, When I got there I finally decided to get a private room. The receptionist kindly informed me that the private room has no A/C but had a fan. Confident on the fact that the hostel won't sell a room where you couldn't sleep in without dying of heat, I went on. My first... More

The man running this place was so lovely. He told us about the concept of the food, all locally sourced and made artesanally. Was sweet enough to ask us all about our holiday and offer us local tips. Gorgeous little garden setting. We should all support businesses like this!

“There are two dorm rooms (as well as private rooms which I haven't experienced): La musica is smaller (only five beds) but has fewer windows so the air circulation is worse. La palma is larger (eight beds, so more people, less privacy, more potential snorers) but has great windows and two bathrooms.”
