My wife and I spent 7 months renting one of their apartments. We enjoyed the spacious living area, large kitchen and bedrooms. The building is kept clean with a great garden area. Manuel, Isabel and their sons are fantastic hosts and can help you with any request. They are like family to us now! Very easy location to access all... More

We travel regularly to Tulum for diving and was sent to this hotel when our regular place was full. We stayed here for two weeks in Dec of 2012. We had a large two bedroom condo styled room with a private entrance on the second floor. The spacious bedrooms are separated by the small bathroom. Each bedroom has its own... More

We came back to the Mayan Riviera to do some more diving and decided to stay at Posada Tulipanes again. The court yard area is grown up with the new plants we saw last year and the place looks great. Manuel the manager attended to our needs and the staff kept our room very clean and spotless. They have installed... More

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and our 2 children. The kitchen and living room were very large and the two bedrooms also spacious with fan and a/c. We did find the beds a little narrow. The fully equipped kitchen was very handy. The location is quiet yet close enough ( about 10 min walk ) to the... More

My friend and I were exploring the Mayan Coast and decided to visit Tulum. Looking for a place to stay our taxi driver suggested Posada Tulipanes. When we first saw the place and looked at the rooms, we thought the taxi driver did not understand the price range we were expecting to pay. We paid far less for the two... More

We heard about Posada Tulipanes from a couple of other divers that we met in Cancun. They had stayed there for a week, diving every day. We dove with Bill, a Canadian Cave Dive Instructor, and it was great to come after diving all day in Cenotes with cold water to pressurized hot water and plenty of it. We were... More

The rooms we stayed in were brand new with nice bathrooms, kitchenette, and beds. The location of the place is near downtown Tulum where the best restaurants and shopping is located. We visited Chichen Itza, Coba, Valledolid, Xcaret, and other places. Tulum is a great place to use as a central location to visit other places. The kitchen was nice to have... More
